Just terrible. $26 for 10 soggy wings, a handful of fries, and extra dried carrots and celery that looked like had been cut up during the American Revolution. Not to mention I gave $5 tip to the bartender who took forever to even notice I was there waiting. NEVER AGAIN!

Was enjoying my time here playing some pool and getting my drink on. Just put 20 in the juke box for the bartender to get in his feels and shut off the juke box. Only thing he had to say was i dont got time for this. So whatever he got going on in his personal gotta be left at home. How to make people feel unwanted in an establishment is sad.

Service member was a dick, being passive aggressive and not only to us but someone who was actively selecting a song on the juke box just came and shut it down. Hard pass here

The service here is great and is what keeps me coming back. I do late night study sessions here and Alecia is always so accommodating and anticipates my needs well while giving me just the right amount of distance and the very welcomed break from study notes 😅
They have great specials during different sport seasons and the drinks are good and strong. Honestly, the food is nothing to write home about but I personally feel that way about most chain restaurants and bars. The chicken wings are pretty good.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a server on the floor I believe she said her name Alicia. I think she’s the same young lady who picked up the phone and answered questions for me. But I sat at the bar, which wasn’t busy AT ALL — and the bartender didn’t even acknowledge me. Yet, other people who I guess are regulars were greeted with a warm welcome and spoken to right away. Not only that, he was also laughing and smiling with his coworkers. Butt yet The only words he spoke to me my entire visit were “What can I get you?” Me being a bartender myself, that’s not how you treat someone. Doesn’t matter if I came in here for a happy hour, a full hour or a quarter hour. Ignoring someone and not checking on them at all, not greeting them, not even asking “How are you” but having full blown conversations and checking on everyone else is wild. I would have said it’s because I’m black, but I can’t use that because he checked on other people who were well my skin complexion. It’s just made my entire experience here awful. Someone comes into my bar, no matter the kind of day I’m having I respect and appreciate them for coming and spending money: But I guess he just had an issue speaking to me. If it wasn’t for a table of people, who asked me to join them and were very nice and for the server who pretty much did the bartenders job, I definitely would have had 2 sips of my drink one out of four happy hour Quesadilla and walked smooth out. But I respect PTs to much. I just know I won’t be coming back to THIS ONE! Ever again. Beware, if you come here — it’s a 50/50 chance if you’re not a regular you might have the same experience I did.
