  I placed an order online and after a 90 minutes with no delivery I called the store. They said it was going in the oven now. If I wouldn't have called, I don't think they were gonna do my order.

  I am disappointed with my recent experience at this Pizza Hut location. After speaking with the manager, I was informed that the store stops accepting orders 15 minutes before closing. However, my order was submitted at 12:43 a.m., which was within that stated cutoff time and before the posted closing hour. The order was accepted and processed, leading me to reasonably expect it would be prepared and fulfilled. Businesses have the right to establish order cutoff times, but those policies should be consistently applied and clearly communicated to customers. If an order is accepted through the ordering system, customers should be able to rely on the expectation that it will be completed. The issue is not simply that the store was nearing closing time; it is that an order submitted within the stated operating guidelines was not honored. Experiences like this create confusion, inconvenience, and diminish customer confidence in the ordering process. I encourage management to review its procedures and ensure that posted hours, order cutoff policies, and online ordering systems are aligned so customers receive clear and consistent service.

  Dear Pizza Hut Corporate Customer Service, I am writing to formally escalate a serious complaint regarding an order and the unacceptable treatment I experienced at one of your locations. I placed an order for two medium pizzas totaling over $80. Upon delivery, one of the pizzas was incorrect. I attempted to resolve the issue by calling the store, but it took approximately 30 minutes for someone to answer, which is already unacceptable. Because I could not get timely assistance, I was forced to pay for an Uber to visit the store in person. When I arrived, I returned the incorrect pizza. Instead of correcting the mistake, the employee took the pizza and informed me that I would need to place and pay for a new order. I was not offered a replacement, refund, or any form of resolution for an error that was entirely on your end. As a result, I was charged for two pizzas while only receiving one that I could actually eat. This is not only poor customer service—it is an improper handling of a basic order correction. In addition, the level of professionalism displayed by the employee I interacted with that evening was unacceptable. The interaction was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked the basic standards of customer care expected from a national brand. I returned to the store the following day in an attempt to speak with a manager, but the manager was not available. At this point, I am left with no resolution and no accountability at the store level. I am requesting the following: - A full refund for the incorrect pizza - Reimbursement or credit for the inconvenience caused - A formal review of the staff and procedures at this location to prevent this from happening to other customers If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this further through additional consumer complaint channels.   Pizza was horrible, Crust seemed old. Ordered ex cheese and was charged for it. Doesn’t look like it was added. Was told the cook followed instructions and others just free hand at times. I think it was rushed because it was something more important going on outside the restaurant than in the kitchen. My husband kept asking were they okay. Avoid this location!!!

  Blanca handled my call with a complete lack of professionalism!! Responded with hostility and rude inappropriate language when I simply asked to place an order for my family!!! This behavior is unacceptable, reflects poorly on the company, and indicates a serious failure to meet expected standards of conduct for their employees, never coming back and hope they fire her. Will be calling corp as this was extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience. Hope she gets what she deserves and all those people who laughed on the phone as she hung up on me!
