- MDMichael Dunbar3 days ago1.0This place is an absolute nightmare. Every time we order ahead for pickup, there are only two people working during the dinner rush. You're ignored as soon as you walk in the door for at least 5 minutes before someone finally comes over to hand out someone else's order and you forcibly have to tell them what you're picking up unless you want to be ignored for a while longer even when your pizza is already finished on the shelf. The pizza is fine. Nothing special. I'm irritated that they never remember to give us our extra sauces that we pay $1 each for. Today was extra frustrating because they had a newbie with zero training and seemingly no common sense working with only one other person during the dinner rush. The only thing she knew how to do was put the order stickers on the boxes. The other guy was doing all the work. When I confronted her and asked for the sauces they forgot, she instead whined about her frustrations and took a good ten minutes doing nothing productive before finally finding the sauce cups. The manager here should be ashamed for putting such an inexperienced person on an understaffed shift. It was incredibly frustrating for everyone involved.
