  Fresh. Friendly service. Majority of my orders are mobile pick up and the it’s always ready in a timely manner. Great food great place.

  We came in today (on may 6th) and a worker named Dylan was so incredibly nice and made sure we were well taken care of. It was some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. Rating 5 stars because of him, you have a great employee! He should be promoted and given a raise

  I had a terrible experience at Panera Bread. I ordered a chicken asiago bagel with extra chicken but was given a spicy steak sandwich instead—and still charged for the extra chicken. When I called, I was left on hold for 13 minutes. The manager, Natalie, then asked for my card number for a refund and started repeating my card number out loud. When I asked her not to for security reasons, she became rude and laughed. I went in person to fix it, and she falsely accused me of taking a photo of her, then refused to give me a refund and told me to contact her general manager. I even recorded her saying she wouldn’t refund me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  I don't know her name but the lady at the drive-thru window was super nice double check something for me 🙂 love coming here she made my day work was a long night
