- JDJ DCAug 26, 20171.0-1 stars. Went to McDonald's tonight 08/25/17 around 9:00pm, ordered a iced coffee, its actually milk water. Ordered a chicken sandwich but the chicken sandwich had no chicken in it. Just bread and lettuce. When we finally made it to the first window to pay after 10 almost 15 minutes, the black girl was eating (mind you she was sweet and had good customer service) but eating while working, is highly unprofessional. Got to the second window a mexican teenager boy and a older lady was 100% cupcaking when we pulled up. After she took her arms from around his neck, instead of him turning around and checking on us, he keeps his back toward us and proceed to text for a good minute or 2. Then after 3 minutes they opened the window, almost giving us the wrong order..and then ask us what our order was. Umm ok you dont know what the order is, is it not on the screen you looked at for 5 minutes. Ghetto unprofessional hot moving mess.
