  I am extremely disappointed with the service and the complete lack of attention to food allergy instructions on my order. The issue specifically involves the snack wrap items. Your ordering system needs to be updated immediately to clearly separate “lettuce” from “shredded lettuce” and “shredded cheese,” because it is obvious your staff is confusing “no shredded cheese” with “no shredded lettuce.” I have a severe dairy allergy. This is not a minor preference. Getting an order wrong when allergens are involved is dangerous and unacceptable. I previously worked for this company, so I know firsthand that reading order instructions is not difficult. Either employees are rushing through orders without paying attention, or management is hiring people who cannot properly comprehend the instructions being given to them. Neither excuse is acceptable. The entire staff needs retraining, or management needs to seriously reconsider the quality of personnel being hired. Food service employees have a responsibility to follow allergy-related modifications correctly every single time. Failing to do so is reckless. Retrain your staff immediately before someone ends up seriously harmed and your store ends up facing a lawsuit.

  Placed an order with the app. Drove to the store. Waited a while for my order. Checked the app to find out my order was canceled and refunded. Cool, but I drove all the way here and now it's after 10:30 so I can't order breakfast anymore. Ya'll suck!

  I legitimately go out of my way to go here. Normally its on point and perfect. But the last few times have had mistakes and I finally had it. They didnt put cheese on my big arch and they didnt put the 4piece in as part of my mcdouble meal deal. I dont even want to drive back it would be another hour before I got my stuff corrected. Please do better and get back to being better than the Decatur location

  Thanks so much for today. I was 26 hours straight working. And My daughter asked me for Breakfast. I take my time to go to this McDonald's. It was something missing so I call . Marlon Answer, very friendly resolve my issue So I'm back to McDonald's and Nanci was so nice . I was so tired to work but their Attention made my day . Thank you for your help
