  I gave the cashier MY code. When I looked over my receipt I noticed I didn't get the discount for my purchase or was I rewarded in the app. A manager on his break noticed me and questioned. He was trying to fix it but a another employee didn't want to address it and I wanted to give me free food. I over heard their whole dispute. I told him I don't want nothing free could they fix it and got no where. To think. I wanted to save money and eat Little Caesars but they didn't want to take my order because their wait time was over an hour. I spent 3 times more on dinner choosing McDonald's and not being able to use my rewards. I didn't feel good eating any of my food. Lucky we were hungry.

  I paid for a mobile order through the McDonald’s App for my sister, a Las Vegas city bus driver with almost no break time, and when she arrived at the McDonald’s on 3010 Las Vegas Blvd N, staff flat-out refused to give her the food—claiming it wasn’t paid—even after she showed the confirmation and proof that the money was already taken from my account. The employee was rude, dismissive, and made zero effort to verify or fix the issue, leaving her without food during her shift while still charging me. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Charging customers and refusing to provide the order, then treating them disrespectfully, is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I would also give them a zero rating for service if I could! Follow up: I contact the customer service hotline with this complaint and they refunded my money, assured me that the Manager would give me a call, which never happened— I am not surprised that there was no follow call from the store management due to the display of Low level customer service from the start

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We paid for extra sauces (buffalo and ranch), and instead of simply helping us, the crew member—Diego—acted completely unprofessional. He literally dug his hands into the food while we were asking for the sauces we already paid for. That is absolutely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. I’ve worked for McDonald’s before, so I know the standards, and this is nowhere close to what customer service is supposed to look like. You’re supposed to help customers, not ignore them, get an attitude, and handle food in an unsanitary way. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. If this location were being evaluated, it would be an immediate fail. I will be reporting this to corporate because no customer should have to deal with this kind of behavior.This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
