  Went thru drive thru, ordered two cheeseburger meals only got one cheeseburger. Was in the drive thru had to go park in the front and go inside to ask for my other burger. They give me attitude. Saying I should have gotten a receipt well maybe I should have gotten my food all at once. The manager waits for me at the front door try's to give me attitude too. I'm sorry you work at McDonald's that's not my fault I'm sorry you're to incompetent to do your job like get a grip. They weren't even busy only two cars in the drive thru and no one inside. Both employees I spoke to smelt like weed. Just awful service.

  Went to this location yesterday. Was out with my kids running errands and decided I would treat my babies to Mcd's. We stopped here and I did a mobile curbside order. I ordered the daily double meal for myself and some nuggets, burger, and fries for my kids. We all eat our fries with ranch so of course I ordered some ranch. When the meal came to the car, I noticed there wasn't any straws. I checked the bag and the ranch was missing. So I went in to just grab the items and go. I waited 10 minutes just to get the attention of one of the 10-12 employees in the building. The vendor that was standing there at the counter with myself and the two other customers had to chase the employees down to fix the situation he was called there to fix. I understand that the face to face interaction has been taken out of the McDonald's "experience", but you would have thought I was a ghost with how much the team didn't even acknowledge any of us waiting for assistance. When I got back to my car, I found that my burger was smothered in mayo and slapped into a torn wrapper. My kids complained of the nuggets being super cold and hard. I did a survey through the receipt and got a promo code. Who would want to spend more money on crap service and refried food?? I'd love a refund but logically most of the food hit the trash can. I know nobody read this whole thing, but if you did, go anywhere else. I highly recommend saving your money, time, and stomach from this waste of everything.

  OH MY LORD. never in my 15 years of life have I experienced this. They don't have a menu you can go to the counter and order from who the hell does this? No human interactions me and my sister were trying to figure out how to pay for like a whole hour. My lord. Words cannot describe how bad this was. And their mechanics that let you pay don't work or just have no introduction. Tech is running fast food. Fix your machine's I swear. Or let me talk to a human and not a robot. Not to mention they have a sign that says "we are pleased to help any customer in need of assistance" then act like it? That whole time we were in there several people pushed the click for a assistance and for the whole hour I was there. No assistance was given. Its probably understaffed and that's why this happened. And I'm not blaming the employees I'm blaming whoever thought replacing their normal order system with a machine was a good idea. Bring back the menu were i go up and talk to a human. and more so stop trying to be so high tec. I don't wanna feel like I'm those "reasons why japan is living in 2050" videos while I'm trying to order my ten piece mcnugget. This place was a mcwaste of time.

  This is the worst location I've been to and it sucks because I live so close. They gave me a "mcflurry" that was NOT mixed at all but that's not all they put the SMALLEST amount of Oreo DUST on top it was basically vanilla ice cream with oreo dust! The workers are so dang LAZY. I recently went to a McDonald's on Charleston and they mixed their McFlurry it was PERFECT I thought maybe ALL McDonald's got their act together and mixed them as it is INTENDED and NATIONALLY ADVERTISED but nope not this location. They also half filled my fries... like WTH are you serious?! They need more training to not be LAZY and training on how to fill the fries bag cause this is unacceptable.

  I understand why you lock the restrooms but how is there 10+ staff back there I’m waiting at the counter for over 5minutes with all the staff looking at me and then away as not wanting to help me. The job is so simple and the staff doesn’t want to work 🤣 stop hiring these kids - hire people who actually want to work
