  Every time I order a caramel iced coffee here, they forget to add the caramel. How hard is it to add a pump of syrup? Management needs to audit this location because there are so many unhappy customers. On top of that, the staff always sounds grumpy.

  This is the worst location I've been to and it sucks because I live so close. They gave me a "mcflurry" that was NOT mixed at all but that's not all they put the SMALLEST amount of Oreo DUST on top it was basically vanilla ice cream with oreo dust! The workers are so dang LAZY. I recently went to a McDonald's on Charleston and they mixed their McFlurry it was PERFECT I thought maybe ALL McDonald's got their act together and mixed them as it is INTENDED and NATIONALLY ADVERTISED but nope not this location. They also half filled my fries... like WTH are you serious?! They need more training to not be LAZY and training on how to fill the fries bag cause this is unacceptable.

  I understand why you lock the restrooms but how is there 10+ staff back there I’m waiting at the counter for over 5minutes with all the staff looking at me and then away as not wanting to help me. The job is so simple and the staff doesn’t want to work 🤣 stop hiring these kids - hire people who actually want to work

  Brush my wrap was missing half my chicken. It was still kinda good but that was a bummer.
