- MMMichelle McNeil5 days ago1.0Cosntant disappointment. I placed an order online. My husband arrived to pick it up. They said they dont have banana available. Told him to choose another one. I didnt want another one. I told him to request a refund. They told me I need to cancel in the app. How? They marked it completed. There is no option to cancel at this point. They told me they can't refund on their end. I need to figure it out. This makes zero sense to me. You don't have an item in stock.... but you mark the order completed and now its on me to fix it? Make it make sense.
