  Haven't had this for a while and now I remember why, the portion has definitely gotten smaller and the ingredients as well. I dont know what's worse the food or the staff lack of customer service.

  They owed me a sub, they messed up my sub and when I went to use my credit it was not there. So I will not use this place or any Jimmy John's again.

  Don't even bother putting modifiers for your sandwich if you order on the app. This locations employees dont care enough to read the order receipt when making your sandwich. Go to almost any other location for way better service

  I love jimmy johns, and I don’t know if they changed their portion sizes, but for an $18 sandwich, this is not worth it.
