- EVErika VenturesApr 21, 20265.0I recently visited Five Guys and had a small issue at first — my fries were not fresh. However, what truly stood out was how “Teo”handled it in this location. When I brought it to his attention, he immediately replaced them with two fresh portions that were absolutely delicious, and he even gave us a $10 gift card to come back. That level of customer care is rare. The service was excellent from start to finish, and as always, the burgers were amazing. It’s refreshing to see a place that genuinely cares about its customers and takes responsibility without hesitation. That’s exactly why Five Guys is number one in my book — they don’t leave anything unfinished and always make things right. Highly recommend!

Pickles were pretty much stacked on top.of the other, instead of spread out over the burger. Need a stronger bun, mine started to fall apart at the 2nd bite. Fries were doused in salt, some frys had a layer of salt on them. Atmosphere: loud as there were teens there.

Didn’t love the prices but it’s hard to find a fast food place where employees are so friendly and the food is fresh and the restaurant is mostly clean anymore. I’m thankful for those things!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
