  Horrible customer service no critical thinking skills during the drive-through. My card was charged. I realized it would be cheaper to have the meal instead of charging for the difference. You guys wanted to refund me and charge me again and this Economy, how can anybody truly afford that? You guys had no other solution and we were trying to get some type of solution our out of solution we were instantly refunded and they close the window on us. We haven’t eaten all day or extremely hungry. We had just left one other El Pollo Loco location and decided we wanted to get one more bowl. The service was horrendous and for Hope To be a manager, she had zero customer service skills.

  Show up at 10:00pm, 1 hour before they close at 11pm. No chicken for bowls or salads. Why even say you're open? Waste of time.

  Make sure you ask for plates and forks if you get a family meal. Other than having a nasty attitude, they also don’t have the decency to secure you with what you need to eat your meal.

  How are you a chicken restaurant and Always out of chicken. They close at 11pm and by 6:30 they're always out of chicken, always a 30 to 40 minute wait

  Last month, I ordered 2 extra Crema De Cilantro sauce and paid for the extra fees for it. Went home, and the sauces are NOT in my bag. Was super upset. The second I went was about 2 weeks ago. I told the lady at the drive thru about what happened last time and she said next time to call in about it. That, I understood it. Ordered my family meal deal. Ordered a side of Mashed Potatoes and gravy. The way the lady handed me the bag was like she was literally thowing it at me...like if she is angry or something, then she shut the window right away. Went home..then it turned out the mashed potatoes are not in the bag. Instead it was Cole Slaw. 🤦‍♂️I dont know if I want to order food from this location anymore. Because, im either LOSING money and NOT getting my order correctly. Plus, they show that thwy are angry or something. What did I do? I gave five stars for the cleanliness of the restaurant...also 5 stars for the food itself. It's just the "human error" that needs to be corrected or worse-case-scenario, replacements of certain staff individuals. 1 star for that. My apologies.
