  Used to love coming to this location but we won't be coming back. Ordered online and then picked up. Had to wait 10-15 minutes at the counter before anyone came to even see what we needed even though made eye contact with everyone of the staff as they conveniently ignored us and stayed back in the back part of the kitchen. When they finally acknowledged us and we gave them our name it took another 5-10 minutes before they brought our food. Mind you when we placed the order it said ready in 6-11 minutes and it had taken us 5 minutes drive time to get there so now we're looking at almost 30 minutes before we got our food. When we got it we noticed it looked like we only got part of our order so I had my daughter try to get the bag open that they tied and that was another 3-5 minutes since they tie it really tight and when they seen we were looking they conveniently bring us the rest of our order except once we got home we found we were still short a couple of items 😤😡🤬. If we had just left when they gave us the initial bags and said it was our whole order we would have been short 2 meals that we paid for 😤😡🤬. The technology of no one at the counter to be accountable in my opinion has made the staff lazy and uncaring. That being said WE WILL NEVER BE BACK and recommend nobody else frequent the establishment

  I order a 12pcs family meal, went i got my food i ask for plates to serve my kids and the lady told me they don't provide plates, so you tell me how you supposed to eat your food.. they were out napkins at front...to ask for something you were standing at the register for a long time they were acting like they didn't see you....chicken was dry

  Don't waste your time. They run out of chicken all the time. 40 minute wait for chicken at dinner time is insane. This is a newer location, been opened about 2 years, and already a mismanaged waste of space. Erik, the manager, had no problem laughing at the fact that there wasn't any chicken available for 40 minutes. Wild!
