  Ya van 4 veces que pido me pongan salsa roja y nunca me hacen caso y aparte mi pollo estaba seco y duro parecía chicharrón de pollo definitivamente no vuelvo a pedir en esta tienda devén de poner mas atención en lo que el cliente ordena..

  This is the 3rd time this location has messed up my order. The first 2 times I didn’t call , The 3rd time I do call, they tell me to come in that they will be more than happy to remake it . I get to the location as soon as I pull into the drive thru Billy the cashier is extremely rude he didn’t realize he left his mic on and was cussing about the customers. the manager was rude as well she told me she couldn’t remake the burrito after they had said they would over the phone . Extremely disappointed.

  This location is new, and unfortunately, there is nothing good about my experience here. My food is ALWAYS missing something, and whenever I complain, nothing is ever done to fix the issue. The food is thrown together, portions are extremely small, and even when I ask for extra, it still looks like I’m barely getting a full portion. At first, I thought maybe it was just a one-time issue, but NO—it has happened every time I’ve visited this location. I’ve given it multiple chances, and I’ve had the same experience each time. By far the worst location I’ve been to. I will not be returning to this location again.

  Used to love coming to this location but we won't be coming back. Ordered online and then picked up. Had to wait 10-15 minutes at the counter before anyone came to even see what we needed even though made eye contact with everyone of the staff as they conveniently ignored us and stayed back in the back part of the kitchen. When they finally acknowledged us and we gave them our name it took another 5-10 minutes before they brought our food. Mind you when we placed the order it said ready in 6-11 minutes and it had taken us 5 minutes drive time to get there so now we're looking at almost 30 minutes before we got our food. When we got it we noticed it looked like we only got part of our order so I had my daughter try to get the bag open that they tied and that was another 3-5 minutes since they tie it really tight and when they seen we were looking they conveniently bring us the rest of our order except once we got home we found we were still short a couple of items 😤😡🤬. If we had just left when they gave us the initial bags and said it was our whole order we would have been short 2 meals that we paid for 😤😡🤬. The technology of no one at the counter to be accountable in my opinion has made the staff lazy and uncaring. That being said WE WILL NEVER BE BACK and recommend nobody else frequent the establishment

  I order a 12pcs family meal, went i got my food i ask for plates to serve my kids and the lady told me they don't provide plates, so you tell me how you supposed to eat your food.. they were out napkins at front...to ask for something you were standing at the register for a long time they were acting like they didn't see you....chicken was dry
