    Very unfriendly rude employees. I went Saturday around 5:30 am. After placing the order with an unclear impatient lady, I had to wait 4 minutes for the car in front of me, a woman JUST CHATTING to a female employee at the window (not waiting for her order), and showing each other their cell phones with pics or posts or something; when i finally reached the window, she did not even look at me, let alone greet me, I asked for my order, and she just told me to wait. I will not return.

    Got the shark attack.. don't get the redbull..it was nasty next time just the lemonade! My daughter's mocha coconut frap was yummy though I had a sip 😋

    Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had at Dutch Bros. The employee who took my order seemed like she was in a hurry and appeared irritated when I ordered three drinks. When I asked if she could scan my QR code for points, she rolled her eyes and quickly scanned it. She didn’t even give me the option to put any tip. Hopefully she didn’t select it herself. I’ll be checking with my bank statement. When I pulled up to get my order, I noticed my points still weren’t showing. I asked another employee to check, and she politely explained that my app hadn’t been scanned. She apologized and kindly scanned it for me. I really appreciate the second employee for being so courteous and helpful, but the initial interaction was very unpleasant. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this experience left a really negative impression. I’ve been going to this location because it’s literally right across my house but will never come back here again.

    While Dutch bros is normally a place I love to frequent, this location in particular has been problematic in the past. Sometimes it’s the customers, sometimes it’s the lax attitude and slow responses causing longer wait times, sometimes it’s maybe a person having an attitude while taking an order, etc etc, all things that can happen in the fast food industry—not a huge deal. However, what I DO find unacceptable and completely unprofessional, is an employee shooting their shot with a customer while on the job. Sure, you’re a human, you may think someone is attractive, whatever. But, to the girl leaving the note on my partner’s cup because he was in his uniform and you liked what you saw—let’s not. Didn’t even see it until he drove away from the line, so a direct confrontation wasn’t an option, and I didn’t want to call and be a Karen to everyone because we don’t know your name. But to be shooting your shot at 6:45 in the morning is crazy.. This location seems to be lacking in the standards and/or management department. We won’t be visiting this location again. And while some of you may be thinking I’m overreacting/insecure/whatever, I personally don’t care. She’s clearly TOO comfortable with male customers, and it’s extremely unprofessional. God forbid that’s your husband or something. No, he wasn’t flirting, he wasn’t even overly friendly. Just “hi”, scan the app, and “thank you”. Definitely not an interaction that screams “I’m interested”.
