- TSTashie Shows1 day ago1.0This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've visited. The customer service is consistently unprofessional, and the staff rarely acknowledges customers, whether you're in the drive-thru, inside the store, or picking up an app order. I've actually had to ask through the drive-thru speaker, "Are you ready for my order?" because no one greeted me or even said, "One moment, please." The response was simply, "Oh," which was frustrating. I travel to different clinics for work, so I visit many Dunkin' locations, and this is the only one where I repeatedly experience these issues. One morning I placed my app order before leaving home, got in the drive-thru around 7:00 a.m., and didn't reach the window until 7:26 a.m. My order still wasn't ready. For a business that's busiest in the morning, this location seems completely unprepared. I keep hoping it will improve, but unfortunately, the service remains consistently disappointing.

I got over to the pick up area and my drink wasn't done so I'm waiting for a minute when one employee asks if I'm here for pick up I say yes and give him my name and he says I'm gonna get started on that he'll have it right out, then proceeded to go back to the drive thru, I wait a couple minutes before another employee asked me the same thing if u was there for a pick up so I give that employee my name and they actually did start making my drink. The suggestion I have is, if you're tryin to just acknowledge me so I don't feel forgotten u can literally say, I need to finish this first and I'll get right on that. Then go ask another employee who isn't doing something to make the drink please don't tell us ur making it if ur not. I understand it gets busy that's okay. A little more organization needed at this store.
