I called them, and they told me my food just got out of the oven when the delivery driver told me at 6 that my food was really but she couldn’t find my address. I asked for fresh food since my food was 1 hour old. They got mad hang up and sent me the same old pizza. And they not even delivered my entire order. When I called them they were rude. Really bad customer service. That happened yesterday night so March/03/2026 around 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm.

I was the only one in the shop and the girl behind the counter made eye contact with me multiple times and only stopped to answer the phone. She then asked how can I help, I told her I was there for a pickup for a said name and after I gave her my cash, she just handed me my change and went back on the phone. She seemed very dismissive, but the guy I placed my order with was fine.
