  They just will NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR PUTTING IN A ORDER… you have to go in they refused to answer the phone… other than that 10/10

  I was having a lot of trouble trying to order and add a deal online. After trying for over an hour I called into the store and spoke to Charles, the manager, who was extremely kind and helpful and was able to get my complicated and tedious order down on the first attempt. I am so thankful for him and for this location as they are always friendly and professional. I'm especially thankful to Charles who handled my order and frustration with exceptional service.

  They are very rude. On their website, it says if you use a credit card, you have to show it at time of delivery. I called to ask if I'm sending the Pizza to someone who is sick. They won't have my card. The man on the phone says if the website says that we have nothing to do with it, that's the way it goes. I asked him if I can speak to a manager, and he said I will put him on the phone. The manager didn't get on the phone, so he made the employee tell me again? That they have no control over the online ordering. So I said, well, what if I don't order online. What if I place my order over the phone does the person still have to show the card. Rather than answer that question for me, the employee hung up on me. They are the only pizza play placed place that as to see the card. I will have to place my order through doordash. Even though doordash has BOGO domino's MARKS UP THEIR ITEMS around $6.50 each. I tried to explain that if I use doortash It's going to cost me $30 more then if I ordered directly from domino's. My order was going to be $60. I guess they don't need my business. But anytime you can order from the website it comes out cheaper to pay the $5.99 delivery charge then to pay an extra $6 to $6.50 mark-up per pizza I've never dealt with this Domino's before because I live in alliante. But the way I was treated on the phone today II will never buy anything from them for anyone.

  Who ever made these garlic parm bites today don’t owe me nothing!!! These are so delicious they have a little crisp texture outside and buttery smooth inside im just get these from now on

  I order from Domino's a LOT and this is the first time I've had a bad experience, but golly are they not handling it well. I'm currently on hold waiting for a manager. We are on twenty minutes. I called an hour after I ordered to find out what's up. They hung up without answering the phone. I called a second time twenty minutes later assuming they're busy. I got through and asked to cancel my order. They put me on hold waiting for the manager and I watched their driver tracker finally leave for my house. Their driver arrived while I'm on hold. I refuse the order cause I definitely didn't want the pizza this late. I get having a bad night, but whatever is going on with their management has me in an absolute bad mood. Still on hold - I finally hung up after 45 minutes on hold I'd like a refund and frankly an apology from the manager of that store. They absolutely are the reason I will not be purchasing from Domino's again and I've been purchasing for an incredibly long time. Like the correct choice was to answer the phone and move on. I do not like being messed around with
