- LLla lizzie1 day ago1.0Terrible time management, my order was supposed to be done at 3:40, got there at 3:47. The app said my order was ready for pickup by the time I got there. I show up there’s only one person working on online orders, she doesn’t even acknowledge me, poor thing was all over the place overwhelmed with orders. If it wasn’t for me standing in front of the register the manager or team lead wouldn’t have asked me what I needed. Told him I was there to pick up my order which mind you showed up as ready on the app but wasn’t even ready, the other half of my order was just sitting there on the counter. No acknowledgment again whatsoever until 20 minutes later when they finally gave me my order. Chipotle needs to train their employees better, this is ridiculous💔😢

I order a quesadilla and wanted extra steak and they charged me 20 dollars that is ridiculous they already don’t give enough but want to take more! Never had this problem at the other chipotle I WONT BE EVER SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!

It's not coming out his check so no need to be so damn greedy. I politely said something and the manager had some attitude aswell. Not sure why they working there if they can't do something so simple.
