  Went in for a burrito at 9:30pm (they close at 11:00pm) and they only had 1 of the 5 available protein. They only had steak. They said it would be about 20 minutes for chicken once they started cooking it, but they hadn't started yet and they were not sure when they would start cooking. We left and went to another location. I will not go back.

  Aside from all the negative reviews Today I came into this chipotle and a young girl with braided hair and makeup today accommodated me very well she was very nice helpful and gave me the best experience will definitely come again

  They gave me horrible portions no rice no chicken and way too much sour cream and corn. Chips were stale guacamole was not fresh. The chicken didn’t even taste good also. Go to another location or another restaurant

  This establishment is the embodiment of disgraceful customer service and blatant disregard for value. Charging $15 for what can scarcely be described as a complete meal is nothing short of insulting. I received seven microscopic pieces of grilled chicken—many so small they were comparable to the size of a pinky fingernail—along with such a pitiful amount of rice and beans that the bottom of the bowl remained exposed. It looked less like a meal and more like leftovers scraped together as an afterthought. What makes this even worse is that I specifically ignored prior reviews warning customers that this establishment intentionally shortchanges to-go orders with laughably undersized portions. I wrongly assumed those reviewers were exaggerating or simply demanding excessive amounts of food. They were not exaggerating whatsoever. If anything, the reviews understated how abysmal the portions truly are. There is no justification for serving portions this embarrassingly inadequate while charging premium prices. This is not a misunderstanding over portion expectations; this is a clear failure in basic customer value and business integrity. A customer should not have to count individual pieces of chicken because there are so few that counting becomes effortless. The establishment’s 2.6 Google rating—the lowest among neighboring restaurants—is entirely deserved and completely reflective of the experience provided. After this experience, I can confidently say I will never return, nor will the three other adults in my household. We will gladly spend our money at Cafe Rio across the street, where customers are actually served meals that resemble proper portions, provide significantly better flavor, and do not leave patrons staring at the bottom of an underfilled bowl wondering where the rest of their food went.
