  This is the west chipotle in the world. I am recurrent fan at this location. I kid you not every time I order via my app something is wrong with every order every time and I’ve ordered over 5-10x a month. Soda has no syrup, meat is missing from kids meal, tortillas are missing, or just a box with double rice. Soda is sparkling water . I’m tired of this as pepper’s ass is tired too. The whole staff needs to be updated with tru chipotle lovers not people that just need a paycheck like we all do. Love your job or leave simple.

  Thru doordash, I ordered burrito bowl with Queso Blanco and paid $2.20 extra, however they did not include the queso. I tried calling the store 2 times and no one picks up and the call drops after so many rings. So they basically took my money (even though it's a small amount it's the principle). Lousy service! I would not recommend this location at all!

  this Chipotle. I ordered both a burrito bowl and a burrito with chicken, and somehow there was little to no chicken in either item. Considering how much Chipotle charges for protein, this was completely unacceptable. To make matters even worse, I found a hair inside my burrito. This is a serious food safety and sanitation issue, and I have photos to prove it. Finding a hair in my food completely ruined my meal and made me lose my appetite. After reporting the issue through the app, I expected a refund considering I didn’t receive the food I paid for and my meal was contaminated. Instead, all I was offered was a free entrée. Why would I want to eat at Chipotle again after finding a hair in my food? Offering another meal instead of refunding the one that was ruined completely misses the point. Between not receiving the chicken I paid for, finding a hair in my food, and receiving poor customer service afterward, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I have photos documenting everything. I hope management takes food quality, cleanliness, and customer concerns more seriously because this experience was unacceptable.

  The customer service is wack and they act like your not a paying customer and rolling eyes and smirking. Their lemon chips are always stale and way to salty but want to get attitudes when you want to sample a chip to make sure and its like if im paying for quality food that's over damn 30 dollars for 2 it should be worth it. I will not be coming here again that was my 3rd and final time smh.

  I have been to this Chipotle multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service is poor, with little sense of urgency even during busy periods. Employees often appear disengaged, and interactions lack the professionalism and courtesy that customers should expect. In addition, this location frequently runs out of basic menu items, making it difficult to order what is advertised. The food presentation and quality are also concerning. Ingredients often do not appear fresh, and at times they look as though they have not been stored or replaced according to proper food safety and quality standards. I understand that restaurants can have busy days, but these issues have been ongoing rather than isolated incidents. I hope management takes these concerns seriously by improving staff training, maintaining adequate inventory, and ensuring food is handled and presented according to Chipotle’s standards. Until meaningful improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.
