She could have told me it wasn't her problem, but she made up everything how I ordered it and really made a great meal. This is the kind of customer service that I wish all locations had. I love chipotle, but it definitely has gotten hit or miss lately. This lady made it great this time. I just wished I got her name to give her a real kudos. She is terrific.

The girl that was there tonight had a bad attitude and you can tell all over her face she hated her job. This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I must not be the only person who thinks that based off the rating on this place. It’s unfortunate that I have to drive 10-15 mins further to the one on Losee to get better service and they always have everything available and they don’t try to skimp you on the meat, rice or beans! Not to mention the chips were stale as heck and one of the bags was so salty it was disgusting to even try to eat, I had to buy two bags of regular chips because they told me they didn’t have any large bags available!! Y'all should do better, or at least hire people who want to be there.

I kid you not every time I order via my app something is wrong with every order every time and I’ve ordered over 5-10x a month. Soda has no syrup, meat is missing from kids meal, tortillas are missing, or just a box with double rice. Soda is sparkling water . I’m tired of this as pepper’s ass is tired too. The whole staff needs to be updated with tru chipotle lovers not people that just need a paycheck like we all do. Love your job or leave simple.
