When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they were the manager. So they should obviously know better. When you file a complaint all they do is offer free food...which is pointless because it's unsanitary. Also can confirm hat portion sizes for pickup orders are only half of what they are ordering in person. So risk your food being contaminated by counter workers touching unsanitary surfaces and money, or only get half of what you pay for.
