I dined in and after about half way through my meal I realized there was hair in my nugget box. I advised one of the store associates and she took my nuggets away and never returned. I thought she was going to bring back fresh nuggets but never came back to my table. I waited and waited… and waited. Nothing. I’m not one to complain and just left after my daughter was finished with her meal. I feel the associates should wear hair nets or be told to tie up their hair especially working with food! A few girls with very long hair I noticed in the back working with food and it’s honestly disgusting.

Big fan of this establishment and will 100% be my home for all chicken needs.

Unpleasant staff! At both the drive thru and inside. Like who the bleep owns this restaurant because the standard is beyond low for a chic fil a. Slow, unfriendly and mediocre overall. I have been here several times and there is always something off. Either missing condiments or utensils. Fry portion that seems as if they are counted by hand then placed in the box. Just absurd. I absolutely love chic fil A but this location on Rome & 5th is ridiculous. I have been here because it's close to a friend's house and sometimes I want something since I'm in the area. But I would rather go to the excellent location at Centennial. Amazing staff and service. They have it down to a science. Perhaps you all (starting from management on down) should reach out and ask for some lessons on how to operate your location. If that is too inconvenient, then try the one on Craig Rd They have great service too. You all need to be retrained because you are giving the brand a bad name. Throw the entire staff and owner away. Chic fila please get your franchise back. Horrid!
