Today I was a bit disappointed that the chicken was on the salty side and it wasn't just me my daughter-in-law agreed that her chicken nuggets were salty as well. It was a busy day but it seemed there was too many employees behind the counter but service was a bit on the slow side did have to wait to get my order taken. Hopefully on my next visit the food will be better.

They always say they “can’t” do something when it’s been done at millions of other locations before. They need to close it, rehire and retrain and start again.

When you call Savannah the shift lead to tell her that her teams listening ears were not turned on, she herself ignores how to fix the problem and says no when you ask for a refund. Instead she wants to rush you and give you a 2 week time limit to "come replace the order" or no solution will be made hence why I asked for a refund because I wont be returning to your store, but again listening ears were not on... now I have to spend more time getting ahold of your corporate staff since you all want to take it there and continue to inconvenience customers.... this will surely be my pleasure once I make contact with higher ups....get it together!
