  Bad customer service Made me wait like 30 mins in a table and they never came to my table to help me and beside that they come and tell me that I have 20 mins to order and eat cause they about to close it’s crazy beside that all the workers were just walking around and talking to each other but never help me

  I went there and got the wings for $21 21.99 something like that. I also got a free hamburger. I ordered four different wing sauces. All the sauces were good. The wings were too hard for my taste the hamburger meat I did not like it. It was like when you buy that big log from the store it tasted like one of those.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I am not impressed with this location. The boyfriend and I walked in around 5ish thinking it would be busy, it was not as busy as we thought, plenty of seating so we thought good. Get in and get good service. Oh how I was wrong. So we asked for a booth and first thing they seemed annoyed with that, however we got seated at booth, but whoever the sever person was “didn’t want to deal with us”. Umm excuse me. You have a job to do. I have worked in customer service over 15 years and that is horrible behavior. If I was the manager I would have sent you home with no pay, and or even better just let you go at that point. One it is Saturday and around dinner time. You should be thankful you have a job. Anywho they moved us to another booth, then we get served the wrong appetizer. I also wanted to get a refill on the strawberry lemonade and that is not free by the way, so I got a soda. The food was okay. Whoever our server even was only came around a couple times, or busy over visiting friends. We did a lot of waiting around and waited forever to just pay the bill to be able to leave. I am not impressed with this location what so ever. I think some reevaluation, and changes need to be made here to be more successful, as the customer service and communication just is not there.

  Dirtiest location, not my opinion go see for yourself. I put it with it because my food is always ready at a reasonable time. What I won’t put up with is bad service. I walked in around 1pm on a Sunday. Not too busy but multiple bww staff saw me standing at the front counter and nobody greeted me or let me know that someone would be with me. Which is what bothered me, because I wasn’t sure if I was being ignored or they were busy. I finally asked for help and was literally ignored. Literally. Like it’s not that busy to where you can’t answer my question. Horrible service coupled with dirty restaurant. I’ll won’t be coming back to this location.

  My family and I went around 10 pm on 4/14. When we got there it was busy, no problem. Waited about 7-10 minutes to be seated. After we were sat down another 10-15 minutes went by and we had not been greeted by our server. The hostess noticed and took our order. Waited another 5-10 minute for the drinks. As we were waiting a table got sat behind us and with in 10 minutes they got their food and drinks. Apparently they worked there. It was really frustrating watching us being ignored for about 30 minutes. No one checked on us. No one apologized for the wait. Our server never came. We decided to leave since it was 10:51pm at that point all we had gotten were our drinks. our children were getting restless since they were hungry. It was a truly disappointing experience.
