If there's one thing that should never be allowed by any establishment is when you advertise a closing time, but your employees close earlier. Nobody wants to drive somewhere for no reason. The door and the internet state that closing time is 10pm. We live close by and decided to get an icecream. We got there at 9:50pm. The doors were locked. They were cleaning inside. I understand cleaning early in preparation, but the doors close at 10pm, not 9:50, or 9:55. That is what you are advertising!!! You do not leave at 10pm. You close the door at 10pm and then start the closing process. Is this what the workforce has learned to do nowadays? How does a product like Baskin Robbins allow this? We'll be going elsewhere until this is addressed.

This is the 2nd encounter I go in there and it’s been the Asian girl who is extremely rude! She gives you children scoops and charges you for a regular scoop! She clearly hates her job and shouldn’t be working there! This time there was a gentleman working with her and he clearly had better customer service! He tried to fix the problem but the fact that this is the 2nd time I’ve had the same issue with the same girl tell you she’s not customer service material!!!

My family orders quite a bit and everything is usually looks appetizing. Today was a different story. I ordered a 2 scoop Sunde with extra hot fudge and sprinkles($10.95) My mom got the Dubi Chocolate with sprinkles($14.95). What a disappointment. Whoever made my sunde needs to be retrained. Instead of putting the toppings in little separate contains like they always do. This person put the hot fudge directly on my ice cream. By the time my order was delivered My sunde was soup and no sprinkles. My mom's Dubi chocolate looked like a cup of melted chocolate ice cream with none of the toppings that come with it. My mom had to put in her own syrup. I even payed for sprinkles that weren't put on. The ice cream wasn't made with care. It looks more like someone was in a rush and just threw everything together. Taking a break from Baskin and Robbins

The entire store was just dirty. Everything, and I mean everything was gross. The floor was filthy, the glass on the front of the store and on the ice cream cabinets was covered in finger prints, ice cream and who knows what else. The waffle maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days and both people working seemed like they were annoyed that they and the customers were there. And for almost $40, I'll go to the grocery store and get 3-5 times the amount of ice cream and have 10 times te options.
