It’s kids trolling that are working. Got two miniature size, beef and cheddar. And one had slice cheese. The other regular cheese, both super tiny. When they’re seven dollars each. And they had a weird chemical after taste

I visited this restaurant about 2 days ago for a Uber Eats order. I pulled up in drive through and informed I’m here for Ubereats and gave the name. I was instructed by a lady to pull forward. I pulled forward and waited about 20 minutes. No one came to the window. I went to the front and luckily the inside wasn’t closed so I went in.
The whole night crew was in the back talking and giggling with no care in the world. Finally the young man came forward about 5 minutes later who is posted in another review from “Bk” ( I do not know this person or associated with him I read the reviews before posting. I knew it had to be horrible) he stepped forward there was a man and son in front but I was waiting for so long I stepped up and asked for the uber order. He said the order was already picked up. I knew it wasn’t they didn’t want to make it. The order was on the screen and I seen the receipt for the Uber Eats waiting to be picked up. I worked for Arby’s once upon a time and I know how it works and the games. I informed him no it wasnt. He called the lady to the front who is also in the photos from “BK” with the headset. She said it’s been picked up we never had an order for that name and I never told you to come in. I told her I came in because no one addressed me after waiting at the window. She cleared the screen and took the receipt and threw it in the trash for the uber order.. She acted like I’m lying and dismissed me and went back to the back to talk and giggle with whoever was in that manager office. Highly unprofessional. From the looks of the other reviews Arby’s at this location needs a whole new staff at nights. Including manager or whoever is in charge that sits in that little room to the left when ordering..

Today was not the first time I’ve visited this Arby’s, but it will definitely be my last.
I stopped in for a quick dinner after a long day at work because I wasn’t feeling up to cooking. My previous visit had an issue with my order being made incorrectly, but since it had been a while, I decided to give them another chance. That turned out to be a mistake.
I waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone helped me. When I was finally assisted, my order was not rung up correctly despite being a buy-one-get-one promotion. (Which the code was on my phone in front of the employee) It took three employees to figure out the issue, and all three claimed to be supervisors.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude displayed during the process. The employees were speaking Spanish to each other, smiling and laughing while the issue was being addressed, making it seem like the situation was a joke. I understand Spanish well enough to know some of the comments being made were unprofessional and disrespectful.
I wasn’t the only customer treated poorly. Another customer experienced similar treatment and was spoken about disrespectfully in front of other customers.
Customer service, professionalism, and respect should be basic expectations in any restaurant. Unfortunately, this location failed on all three. I will not be returning.
One final note: employees should show respect to customers regardless of what language is being spoken. You never know who may be listening or who understands the conversation. Professionalism should be maintained at all times, especially in front of customers. GOES TO ANY RESTAURANT OR STORE!!!!
