  Store is pretty filthy if you take a step back and look. Today we were rung up by Raven who didn't acknowledge us when she started scanning our items. Then I inquired if she could check on the tortillas as she scanned them because they were supposed to be buy one get one free. She didn't respond to my inquiry. When she got to the tortillas to scan them I then again asked if she could check on them as it didn't ring up at the discount. It wasn't until then that she responded that she likes to wait to the end because it takes off discounts when she hits total (she could have said that the first time). So they were in fact discounted when she hit total. Then the receipt printed and she said there you go and hands the receipt over. Doesn't say thank you, have a nice day or anything. Pretty pathetic customer service. We won't be back.

  The Albertsons store is amazing, I have no issues with the store itself. It’s the Starbucks inside that I have an issue with. The barista today around 1:00-2:00 named Jade was extremely rude. I understand as a barista myself for Starbucks that people ask for ice waters all the time and how it’s like to be by yourself with no help, but to slam stuff and to be mean to your customers or take your anger out on them isn’t okay, especially when we didn’t do anything to deserve this type of service. I did order a drink for my mom for Mother’s Day, and since it was very hot outside and my friends were in the store (not with us at the time) I asked for 3 ice waters as well, and was going to ask for 4 but since I could tell she was already upset I didn’t want to upset her further. Already from the beginning before I even asked for the waters she was giving us attitude. I thought my mom was going to get her usual drink but since she was getting something different and wanted me to build her drink, we stepped off to the side to get more time to think (there was no customers at the time and we moved to a spot that wouldn’t get in the way of customers just in case). Once we were ready she asked, “Are you guys finally ready?” I (didn’t take it badly at the time) I gave her my order, and asked politely if I could get 3 ice waters, of course if she said no I’d understand since like I said I’m a barista myself so I even apologized because I know it was a lot. Once I was trying to pay, I told her I was adding funds quickly, she just walked off and was talking to, I believe another coworker or worker for Albertsons at the pickup, I scanned and waited patiently because I needed my receipt. She began slamming stuff as she was talking to the other worker, she came back and gave me my receipt. We went to the pickup, and there were three waters in front of the worker, so I asked the worker just in case if they were hers, Jade interrupted and said “Those are your waters” so I said “Sorry just wanted to make sure.” I don’t know what she was talking about but she then said something mean to the worker and the worker looked upset in response to Jade’s attitude. I was going to try tipping her because maybe she’s just having a bad day and of course maybe there’s stuff going on behind the scenes. We never know what’s someone going through, but there was two customers waiting in the line in a straight line, one customer was a bit far back since he was clearly figuring out what he wanted. Jade shouted in an annoyed voice “Can I have you guys move in like a horizontal line going this way (her hands moving to her right) so you guys aren’t in the way of the customers that need to get through. Thank you.” Which sounded very snappy and sarcastic. There were no Albertsons customers that were coming through. She was clearly rushing the drink, and still slamming stuff, so of course she slightly slammed the drink in front of us. Kudos, I guess for her saying, Happy Mother’s Day and telling us to have a great day, and writing on the cup. Still doesn’t make up for the customer service and clear disrespect towards her customers and employees. I tried to contact customer support but the line wasn’t working, so that’s why I’m leaving the review because maybe it’ll get attention. This Albertsons is definitely a 5 star store, so I apologize to them for the 1 star review but I couldn’t review the Starbucks itself.

  Classic bait and switch the advertise a deli special but when you get there it is full price. I ask the self-check out person to see the manager and was told no. Aldi and Costco are far better than this horrible store.

  The cashier there had a dirty apron, licked her finger before grabbing a bag, took out a tomato out of the bag and dropped it on the floor and put it back into a bag, slammed our eggs, and a lot more. Super gross. :( I don't even know who to reach out to about it and it all happened so fast. The store also smelled weird, like really dirty plastic and bad meat.
