- JBJacqueline Banford1 day ago2.0The server was kind but I could count the pieces of steak on my bowl and it was definitely not the required ounces. When I asked how much extra meat was, the server said $6. I felt he gave me half the amount and I would have ended up paying for what should have already been served. The cashier practically through my bag while she walked away saying have a good day. I’d rather drive the extra minutes to the Lake Mead/Civic Center location than to return to this one.

I did an online order and still had to wait 30 minutes for them to cook more chicken which ended up being extremely salty. I can't even eat my food because of the saltiness. Complete waste of my time and my money.

She washed her hands often and changed her gloves often. Very good experience! They seemed to work well together here and it was clean inside. Good job!

Seemed annoyed when they were interrupted to finally come over to take an order. Come to find out several items on the hot line were empty or not stocked, and when asked for a timeline when they’d be ready it didn’t even seem like they were wanting to cook anything else. Bare in mind it’s only like 5:00pm. I can’t believe this location makes any profit. Corporate should seriously consider new management for this location or employees since there is absolutely no work ethic at this store.
