  I spent over $80 on Postmates ordering lunch from this new Chipotle by our office. The burrito was tiny—less than half the size of what you get when you order inside. I would never normally take the time to write a review, but for that much money, sending a burrito that small is completely unacceptable

  lots of workers but wasn’t attended to for 8 minutes only 2 customers in store, and cashier super friendly to guy in front but gave attitude to me

  Went in at 8:15pm and they were out of everything and said they weren’t cooking anymore food. It was a Saturday!!! Workers just on their phones doing nothing

  The times I have gone the workers never acknowledge that you're there. They don't welcome you or say anything at all. They always make me wait for a long time until I say something to them even though there is no one there. This last time I went I did an online order for pickup but I was waiting at the drive through window for 10 minutes amd no one ever came to the window so I had to go inside and again no acknowledgement at all. All the workers always look high and can't even function or care. I don't care if they are high but if you can't function don't do it.

  Horrible Mothers Day experience. I went in to this location before noon(mind you it was empty of customers and not busy)to get my Mom lunch for Mothers Day. I walked in and stood at the counter for 2 minutes solid. Everyone made eye contact with me and saw me standing there waiting to order. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE, greeted me or took my order. I was appalled! I walked out of here and instead, had to drive 35 miles across town to find a Chipotle that acknowledged their customers and happily greeted me and took my order. Will be speaking to Food Critics and Magazines about this after reaching out to Corporate to get a statement!
