Absolutely LOVE going to dutch bros. Although my drink isn’t always correct the first try sometimes, i still love it. The people are so so sweet and the energy is such a great feeling. My drink is a bit of a confusing one and you can’t make it make sense so they either don’t put it with enough caramel or they go over the top and i’m just grateful that they still try and are always willing to help me get to my desired drink. The drink still tastes great it just isn’t the sweetness i want which isn’t really on them. They also make me feel comfortable about being able to speak up if my drink isn’t right and don’t make me feel crappy for asking. I also love how fast i can get through the whole drive through. I have not once seen a dutch bros this quick at getting cars through the line. Have literally spent 1 hour and 45 mins in a line down in Southern CA

Not the best dutch in our area. They seemed more interested with each other than helping the customer. Their freeze machine was down. Which big bummer!! Seemed very chaotic. Had to repeat myself more than I should have and she still got it wrong. Very disappointed. I love dutch bros for all those who know. I go more often than I'd like to admit. If you asked the Pyramid Dutch about me they love me. I love them!! Drinks were still okay but would've been better if they're customer service was a smidge better.

Great coffee but at the Minden location service is fairly slow. I should never have to wait 10 minutes for a coffee at a Dutch Bros.
