  This place really turns me off. Every store I've been to (3. I had to give them a few chances) the counter where they prepare the food is just DIRTY FROM THE LAST ORDER. I can't stand it. Qdoba is so much cleaner. As for the food? I imagine it would taste better if they were cleaner. I've spoke to managers when l was there and l get the same excuse. "It's really busy and we don't have time. " I guess that's why l don't have the time or the stomach to go there anymore. If you go there please ask them to clean the counter before they start your order and you'll see what l mean. Then you'll start going else where. I imagine that's why they had a soumanilla out break a few years back. Apparently they've thought l forgot. CLEAN YOUR DAM COUNTER BEFORE YOU START THE NEXT ORDER!!! IT'S NOT THAT HARD!!! DAMMMMM!!!!

  I usually love this store and have never had problems. I used to go all the time during work or for a little treat but haven’t as much recently because I’ve been away. Everyone has always been efficient and very nice, but I just went through the chipoltlane and had a very horrible experience. I have worked in food and service for a long time so I understand when there are rushes or unexpected problems that arise. I got up to the window and a gentleman pops his head out. I say hi I’m here for a pick up and BEFORE I finished he cut me off and GESTURED for me to hurry up and asked my name. I was kind of baffled because no one has ever done that to me here. So I say my name and he hand me my bag and my cup. I’ve been through the express lane before so I know it doesn’t tell the workers what drink it is so when I see he has the cup I say what my drink is. He cuts me off again and says that I’ll need to come around to the front and come inside myself…. I’ve never had to do that before in the lane. So I was going to say ok and he cuts me off again and says that he was supposed to be on break and that the window isn’t his problem so he doesn’t really care and that I’ll have to come inside and so it myself. Then he turned around and went back inside. I was rather baffled and didn’t really know what to do. I didn’t see anyone else inside so I thought maybe he was by himself so I just pulled around out front. There easy maybe 3+ other people inside not including him. He was also outside eating by the time I got to the front. I wasn’t going to write a review but I usually love this restaurant and chipotle has been a favorite place of mine for maybe 10 years. I even have a T-Shirt with my usual order on it. The whole experience was just so rude It just kind of turned me off from the store.

  Good but be careful when they ask you if you want different toppings on your meal. They conceal that lots of different toppings are extra until you check out.

  I don’t normally complain but this was rough. Went in at noon on a weekday which I guess is a no go. They were out of almost everything on the line and had a line to the door. When they made my burrito 3 different people had ended up making it and when they wrapped it this is what I ended up with. I didn’t complain because it was all young kids either in high school or just out of school and it wouldn’t have made a difference. Not about making peoples day worse but hopefully this location figures it out. The Carson location is such a joke I won’t even go there.

  I may have been after a rush but they were low or out of some of their main menu items and the servers were not receptive to order requests and tried to chance the order.
