  They do burgers for cheap so we yah other than that its like every other McDonald's restaurant.

  This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever been to, and I’ve been to some in the real hood…. The employee/lady who said she is a supervisor named Tanisha roll the cameras back to 11:25 PM on August 1. She was clapping her hands out of the window at me after they made a mistake and misplaced my order. I wasted 15 minutes in the drive-through and then she told me your order is not up here. I’m looking at the screen I said ma’am it was a sugar-free vanilla coffee. She said OK you’re going to have to go all the way back around your food is right here you need to pay for it. I went to all three windows and did not get acknowledged. Tanisha and Victor are the worst managers I’ve ever experienced and they need to be trained and developed further before working these positions. I would love to be contacted by either the real manager of this store or the district manager or somebody from the franchise office. By the way, I use the app frequently and this is how you lose customers.

  This location is always a complete mess especially during the afternoon/night shifts. Disgusting all around and the employees don’t ever want to interact with the customers waiting at the counter. I told the employee that they were out of large lids for drinks and she did not care to place the lids and instead just threw the bag of lids behind where they’re suppose to be stocked. The lobby is always a complete disaster. No straws, no napkins. A older gentleman told them the lobby was dirty the other day and once the customer left the group of young employees who were not working, were just mocking the guy. The health department should definitely pay a visit to this location.

  We went to this location a couple nights ago at 1:00am. We pulled up to the speaker to order, the employee said are you ready to order? I said no, one second please while we decide what we want. The employee replied, well, now you have to back up because my timer has started. We immediately gave her our order. She gave a huge annoyed sigh. We then pulled to the second window and waited, noone came to the window so when the car in front of us left we pulled to the last window. The employee then stuck her head out of the window behind us and yelled, "Now you have to drive all the way around again". I yelled back why, now I'm annoyed. We drive all the way around the store, get back in line and wait. Finally we get to the second window again, we wait a few minutes til she opens the window and says, "don't move", and not in a kind manner. She then shuts the window again. When she returns for us to pay and get our food. I told her that there is no sign saying to stop at that window to pay. She then tries to back track and said oh, its fine. No, it wasn't fine! To top it off, when we got home, we had the wrong order, not our order!! This girl has zero customer service skills and she's rude. We will not be back!! McDonald's I hope you see this. You have a very rude employee! She works at your store near the Casablanca casino in Mesquite, Nevada.
