  Today, June 21st I went through the drive thru, the service was slow but what made it worse was the attitude of the guy working the window, extremely unfriendly and it felt like he was throwing the food at us . I find it interesting that they ask for a tip and then behave like you're inconveniencing them. I seriously think he was mad that we didn't tip. Serious bad attitude.

  Super rude staff. A woman named Allyson took our order. We ordered 3 giant and 3 regular sized subs and I asked her to save the bread guts for me as I use them as treats for my dog. She acknowledged my request (barely) and began making the sandwiches. When our order was ready I checked and there was one small piece of bread guts saved. We were the first order of the day so I went and asked if we could get the rest and she refused saying “we did save you some” I said “it’s probably one sandwich worth and we ordered 3 giants and 3 regular subs” she very rudely said “again, we saved you some, we can’t not just save everything.” Uhhhh why not? We bought the subs and she was just too lazy to put them aside? I said it was ok with me if she took them out of the bin since it was for our dog (we were the first customers of the day so there was nothing else in there) and she refused. She was just unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. The sandwiches themselves were fine, but I will not return to this location.

  Food was great, but the location is horrible! The stalls are too small for anything larger than a mini car like a Soul or a smart car to park in. Had to do the drive thru, which was VERY odd, shared with a drink place. I could see this being a logistical nightmare on a busy day. Thankfully we were there just before closing, the person who took our order was very friendly and nice. The sandwich was great! My only complaint is the location/parking/drive thru.

  Almost nothing in the sandwich. What a rip-off. I notice all the reviews have a canned answer asking the reviewer to post their review again on some other site so they can share it with the location's owner. How stupid! Can't the location's owner read a Google review? Why would you ask a dissatisfied customer to complain a second time so you can pass it on to the owner? Who is reading these reviews instead of the owner? JJ corporate? Why are they so stupid?
