The second night we order a milkshake and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders sat ready under the heat lights again for 25 minutes waiting on a single milkshake until I politely went and mentioned it. Of course there was zero acknowledgement of my food just baking the entire time. Neither times was this place what I would consider "busy". People who ordered well after us were getting their food no problem so long as they didn't order a milkshake.

They automatically charged me a two dollar service fee, $2.18 for something else and an 18% gratuity for one sandwich in a bag. A seven dollar order cost me almost 12 bucks. Highly recommend never eating there or paying cash. You get no receipt emailed to you and I had no idea any of this was even happening. And I know it’s becoming more common since Covid to tip for takeout service, but I do not do that. I tip for dine in service because they actually provide a service.

The wives fries were so greasy they looked translucent and 5aste freeze burnt. My burger was so greasy that is was dripping off and saturated the bun couldn't finish. Horrible experience can't believe harrah's allows them in there property.
