  First the Host was welcoming Second the server was well attended and paying well attention exactly what we ordered his name Miguel. When I got my Filet Mignon it was as perfection, soft, tender and delicious. My lobster tail was steamed and it was pealed very easy just like Miguel recommended. I told Miguel to let the Cheff Hector know complete on the food he just cook for me. It was my birthday dinner and I enjoyed very much. Thank you Miguel and Hector for making a great dinner. Oh the staff came and sang happy birthday on my side with a scoop of ice cream dessert. I come to eat here at Outback every time I come to Laughlin.

  I order a filet mignon and they gave me a sirloin steak. I also ordered my pasta with steak and chicken and they put steak and shrimp and they forgot my veggies on my order. This was a to go order. Second time they have done this too

  We had a wonderful experience at Outback Steakhouse! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you to Brandy, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. It’s rare to find someone who leads with such great customer service and kindness. Brandy’s attention to detail and commitment to making guests feel valued truly stood out. Because of her, our visit was exceptional, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend Outback Steakhouse and especially appreciate the outstanding leadership Brandy provides!

  Every time we come in the server's are amazing and the food is always great. The food comes out fairly quick and the server's always recommend some great refreshments. They have nice sized portions and reasonable prices. The managers Brandy and Fransisco were very helpful as well.

  First and foremost. Located inside a casino yet didn’t feel like you were in the casino even though I could see a slot machine from my table. I usually don’t leave reviews especially on a Chain restaurant. We walked up and were immediately seated. From the moment we got there till the moment we left I never felt rushed or a burden. Our server was amazing and I really wished I remembered her name. Nothing short of amazing. Food, it’s a chain and i didn’t expect much, but it was both good and cooked well. They were busy and it arrived hot. Never had to ask for drink refills or anything the staff was attentive and well worth the experience.
