  We went to Claim Jumper in Laughlin and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Jeffrey, was top notch! We had 6 in our group and we ordered chicken fried steak, a cheeseburger, pancakes, a wrap, and Philly cheese steak on fries instead of bread (for a gluten-free meal). Our food was amazing and Jeffrey was very attentive to each of us. Highly recommend!

  Stopped in this afternoon and had the best experience with Brianda! She was a phenomenal server. My husband had a burger and I had the Cobb Salad. The food came out in a timely manner and tasted fresh and delicious! I will always ask for Brianda when I visit this establishment, she delivered exceptional customer service with the most welcoming, positive and genuine enthusiasm. Thank you Brianda for making our visit so awesome!!

  We went for brunch recently. I thought the place was fresh and current. The food was well prepared and the portions were good. My only complaint were the flies. As the restaurant has an open front it is something beyond the control of management. I will return next time I be in town.

  Probably the biggest chunk of egg shell I’ve ever had lol one star because i think everyone seriously dislikes eggshell with their scrambled eggs. Service was super slow but food was about medium not bad not amazing but prices are more like Vegas prices so wasn’t impressed. Ate here last saturday with my wife won’t be back next time though at least they remade the dish for me though!

  Claim Jumper was an overall terrible experience. The bow tie pasta was genuinely awful—the sauce tasted like it came straight from a cheap can, completely flavorless, with raw diced tomatoes thrown on top like that somehow made it a dish. It didn’t work at all. Service made things worse. While the staff were technically polite, we were largely ignored—never offered a second round of drinks—and had to sit through a waiter loudly camped out at the table next to us for most of our meal. It was distracting, obnoxious, and completely unprofessional. The only redeeming part of the entire meal was that the burger patty itself was cooked properly. Everything else on the plate fell flat. In a town with limited options, this was still a major disappointment and not somewhere I’d return to.
