  Went to eat Omakase, which we have experienced many other times. Do not waste your time at Zuma. Food was mediocre at best. Way overcooked lobster. Their idea of medium rare wagyu is medium, too many things burried in sauce (and none of were special). Waaay overpriced tourist trap. Would not recommend and would never repeat.

  Zuma delivered our top dinner experience ever. We started our night at the bar, where Aaron set the tone with two phenomenal, perfectly balanced cocktails. Moving into the dining room, the energy captured us immediately. Zuma's tri-kitchen concept creates an incredible rhythm throughout the meal. Watching the robata chefs work the charcoal right in front of us elevated every bite, from the impeccably waygu steak and sweet corn skewers to the refreshing sorbet finale. Our server, Justin, took absolute ownership of our evening. His timing, course pacing, and genuine hospitality turned an already exceptional meal into an unforgettable memory.

  Zuma was one of those dinners that feels polished and exciting from the moment you walk in. Located inside The Cosmopolitan, the restaurant has a lively, upscale atmosphere, dimly lit, stylish and ideal for a special night out in Las Vegas.

  Ho visitato il locale alcuni giorni fa. Bello come tutti gli Zuma, seppur rumoroso e con un forte odore di cucinato. L'esperienza è stata decisamente negativa rispetto ad altri Zuma che ho visitato nel mondo. L'unica nota positiva il servizio ed il bravissimo cameriere che ci ha seguito. Per il resto è stata un'esperienza al di sotto delle aspettative e rovinata da un grave errore nel menù nel sito ufficiale di Zuma che la Manager non ha saputo gestire. Avevamo infatti scelto Zuma tra altri ristoranti per provare il Tomahawk che nel menù online costa 275 dollari. Aperto il menù abbiamo purtroppo scoperto che costava ben 100 dollari in più. Lo abbiamo segnalato al cameriere che ci ha inviato appunto la Manager che non ha trovato una soluzione. Da un locale di questo livello mi sarei aspettato una soluzione diversa. Abbiamo quindi ordinato altro.

  Locale molto caotico e carico di odori di cucina. Servizio disorganizzato con attese lunghe rispetto al tempo a disposizione per mangiare. Il mio tavolo era prenotato dalle 19 alle 20.45. Ho ordinato un branzino alla brace alle 19.10 e alle 20.15 non mi era ancora arrivato. In compenso il cameriere mi ha portato la carta dei dolci per chiedere se volevamo qualcosa per dessert. Ma cosa se io non avevo ancora mangiato nulla se non quello che mi hanno offerto i miei familiari al tavolo? Non all’altezza degli altri Zuma che ho provato.
