- DFDarren FieldMay 10, 20265.0We had dinner at Zuma last night and it’s was a truly outstanding dining experience. My wife and I grabbed a drink in the bar before dinner Lychee martini and a mule. Very well done. For dinner our waiter TJ was amazing. He recommended all the right dishes along with a bottle of saki. Each dish that came out was better the one before. From yellowtail hamachi to cod and some great sushi rolls. The flavors and taste of each was mouthwatering. TJ even surprised us with a desert for our friends anniversary and my birthday. I highly recommend Zuma. Not to mention the place was buzzing all night. We finished dinner in plenty of time to make our concert at the sphere. Thanks again to TJ and the staff at Zuma.

We had food preferences and they modified the main dish to meet our needs. Our servers were incredible, especially Justin.

- KTK TaylorApr 22, 20265.0Excellent Salmon Sake Nigiri! We loved the grilled Chilean seabass with green chili and ginger dressing! It melts in your mouth, perfectly cooked. The stir-fried lemon and chili edamame was a perfect starter for us, nice kick, not too spicy. You have to get the sake marinated chicken wings, sea salt and lime also! Icing on the cake was the service. We would definitely dine here again!
