Excellent Chinese restaurant. Special thanks to Herman and to Massimo who took the time to answer our questions and make recommendations. Don’t miss out on the Peking duck. It was the best one we ever had. The menu is well balanced and well diversified. Enough to provide a good selection of Chinese dishes but not too much to create a confusion. Great service through and through. We were under watch the entire meal and didn’t miss a thing.

A perfect example of fine dining being a scam. Ordered the duck and a few vegetable sides. The duck came first. They bring the entire duck out to show you they only cut and serve 1/3 of it to you and wheel the rest away. Then we waited and waited and never got our vegetable dishes. We ended up eating the duck alone. Then after much wait the vegetable sides finally arrived. This is a huge oversight for a restaurant that boasts itself as fine dining. Serving the food together and on time is the bare minimum. This place is all looks and show and the food and service is not quality or memorable at all. At the end of dinner they send you away with a free dessert that tastes like cardboard and it being so awful, dry and unnecessary was the most memorable thing about that night.

This is a good restaurant, however make sure that you schedule ahead of time and that if you’re being monitored with Pegasus or any other AI in your phone, you use FARADAY to safeguard yourself because they can’t access you here. Well, that might sound like paranoia, this is coming from somebody who has been for a very long time.

There’s a reason this place is always booked! The service was top notch and the room is bright and airy. Lots of classic food options (my favorite was the garlic shrimp rolls). Also have an excellent wine list. Will definitely go back to try more dishes

Our recent dining experience at Wing Lei was an absolute 10/10. Came for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappointment. The food was incredibly savory and expertly prepared, with the welcome contrast of never feeling heavy or overly oily. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the world-class service from Herman and Roy. Herman was exceptionally personable and attentive, ensuring our drinks were always refilled, while Roy went above and beyond by guiding our menu choices. Noticing a redundancy in our order, Roy recommended swapping a pork dish for the off-menu dry scallop fried rice, which turned out to be pure perfection. The meal began beautifully with a perfectly balanced, tart, and savory complimentary aperitif. From there, the appetizers set a high bar; the fried spring rolls were light, the shrimp toast with foie gras was fried to a flawless golden brown, and the pork char siu featured a melt-in-your-mouth fat ratio that paired beautifully with a side of extra honey. The entrées continued to impress, headlined by the spectacular pre-ordered Peking duck, which featured divine buns and wraps. The giant Kung Pao shrimp showcased excellent quality, the Cantonese noodles were delicious without being greasy, and the mapo tofu hit the perfect level of mild spice. The wagyu beef was prepared so perfectly that it practically melted on the plate, falling apart tenderly before it could even be lifted with chopsticks. While the three-cup sea bass was perfectly moist, its sauce leaned a bit too salty for my taste, though it paired well with rice, and the string beans were flavorful but slightly more stringy than preferred. The only minor disappointment came at the end of the meal with the desserts; the lotus cake was a bit too caramel-heavy for my palate, and while the flavor of the mango tapioca was good, the mango taffy on top created an overly sticky, gooey texture that didn't melt easily. Despite the finish, the outstanding savory dishes and the phenomenal, attentive hospitality from Herman and Roy ensure we will absolutely be back.
