  The food was exceptional- same as other Whataburgers around the country. Large, freshly made hamburgers. I cannot believe someone commented that it was similar to a Big Mac; maybe she was being sarcastic. I strongly recommend that Whataburger open other locations in Las Vegas. This spot requires dealing with the strip problems: crowds, difficult to find, parking, higher prices, seating shortages, etc. I think it would do great business in Northwest Las Vegas and in Henderson.

  We were excited to go because we moved from Texas a year ago and missed the Patty Melt. Being from Texas, it just didn't feel or taste the same. The employee cleaning the dining room had headphones in so when we tried to get his attention to clean our table he didnt hear us. Then when we got our food, it was wrong. We were so disappointed. Our plan was to eat there a few times during our stay but due to the bad experience we just ate that one time.

  Stop by the place for lunch while out walking the strip! It’s a kool place to get a quick bit to eat from pizza to burgers and chicken sandwiches and they got drinks from tea to soda and bears both in cans and on tap! I have the number 10 which was a chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink and it was really good! The service was very quick we walked in and ordered right away! The ambiance was like you typical burger joint but a little more modern and upscale! I would highly recommend this place if you just want a quick bit to eat while adventuring out on the strip!

  Waited over 30 minutes for a basic order when there were only two customers in the store. Our order was given to us with the incorrect item. When asked to correct the order they again gave us an item that was made without the proper ingredients. The bathrooms were inaccessible and sectioned off 1.hour before closing. At this point we lost faith in this brand.

  I absolutely love this location on the Las Vegas Strip! I come all the way from California just to enjoy these burgers, they’re that good. I know you all get extremely busy because everyone loves Whataburger, and I really appreciate the hard work your team puts in. Julia helped me with my order and went the extra mile to make everything smooth and easy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly amazing to work with. Honestly, she made my experience so much better and really saved the day for a hungry customer like me. Thank you so much, Julia, and thank you to the whole team for the great service. I’ll definitely be back!
