Shockingly bad since we've last been. Spicy tuna was a sliver of tuna over some avocado and imitation crab. Soup dumpling was a reheated Sysco mess. Branzino extremely overcooked. Everything was so underwhelming and then our server disappeared after taking our orders so we sat many times waiting with finished dishes just staring at each other. If you're craving Asian food just go to Red 8, no sushi though.

Wazuzu offers a fusion of Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine inside the Wynn. We waited about 45 minutes for a table, and while the generous portions were great for sharing, the overall experience was mixed.
The drunken noodles were delicious and definitely a must-try. Unfortunately, the panang curry was disappointing, especially since rice was not included and had to be ordered separately. Service was also underwhelming, with slow responses, and the seating area felt quite crowded.
Overall, Wazuzu has some tasty dishes—especially the drunken noodles—but the long wait, disappointing curry, slow service, and crowded seating made the experience less enjoyable.

Every time I visit Las Vegas I stay either at the Wynn or the Encore hotels. I love to dine at Wazuzu.
They have a 27-ft. dragon made with Swarovski crystals dangling from the ceiling and it creates a high-class atmosphere combined with Asian fusion.
My favourite appetizer to order is the uni (ウニ / うに) -although it is only available per season. If you’ve heard about umami and would like to experience what it is, I highly recommend it. The fried rice with pineapple is also a side dish I usually order and never disappoints!

Went here our last night before flying out. Worst meal in Las Vegas. Hostess was great. Our server Dorothy needs better training. Could barely hear her. Ordered food and it just had no flavor. Shrimp rice tasted so empty. Server messed our drinks up and I gave up correcting her. She also randomly put someone else's drink by me and then realized it and told me to keep it. Sebastian did a great job clearing the table and had good conversation. Not sure if Dorothy "her American name" is going through something, but the timing was off, she whispered when speaking and the table next to us asked if we had that same issue and we confirmed. All easy things to fix.
