The flower got knocked out of his hands by the car because earlier today Friday 29th around 2 pm there were two middle age black people stealing two puppies. One of them looked a bit bigger like a bulldog and one small dog. This is ridiculous and embarrassing behavior. If you’re too broke to buy two dogs, what makes you think you can afford and take care of two dogs. All you going to do is not care take care of them and most likely sell them. The store wouldn’t refund him or let him replace for a new flower. Really weird not to refund someone’s money back when there was a situation happening that wasn’t his fault or something to predict.

Watching supervisors and staff openly mock an older woman by waving their hands in front of their faces and making gestures implying that she smelled was completely unprofessional, insensitive, and humiliating for that customer. What made the situation even more disturbing was that this behavior was done openly in front of other customers, including a teenage girl. No individual should ever be treated in such a degrading manner, especially in a public setting where they may already feel vulnerable or embarrassed. Regardless of the circumstances, every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and basic human respect. It was incredibly uncomfortable to witness staff members, particularly those in supervisory positions who should be setting an example, participate in behavior that came across as mocking and cruel rather than professional and respectful. Actions like this reflect poorly on the store environment and create an atmosphere that feels unwelcoming and hostile. I truly hope this situation is addressed appropriately, as professionalism, empathy, and respect toward all customers should always be a priority. Check the cameras around 10:50am - 11:10am. Self checkout. Do better
