  Customer service sucks. One line open, 6 people in line. New cashier came and took people from the end of the line.. 1 pm on a Saturday. Not everyone wants to work for you for free Vons. Punishing customers for not using self check.

  They have the Jennie O turkey bacon 🥓 great customers services. And the cleanliness of the store is awesome.

  Overall I had a positive experience here! I was given a gift card for the Vons / Albertson's universe, and chose to visit this location (since it's closer to my house). I had never gone to this location but I was very happy. My only gripe was that they didn't have any Boar's Head products! I am fairly certain that Albertson's does carry Boar's Head, and since Vons is an affiliate or sister property of Albertson's, I assumed that they, too, would carry the same thing! Alas, they did not carry Boar's Head turkey. I didn't see the men's restroom and I therefore cannot speak on that. So *technically*, this would have been a four-star review as opposed to a five-star review (since I generally like to see the men's restroom before giving five stars). However, would you like to know what pushed me to the five stars? Or, rather, *who* pushed me to five stars?! Her name is Willow! Yesterday, when I arrived to the self-checkout area, there was a young lady standing there by the name of Willow. She greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. Now, this is perhaps a standard practice for most, if not all, grocery and retail stores. Why she stood out, though, is because I grabbed her attention for the purpose of voiding four items. I needed to void those items because I thought that in order for me to redeem the sales items I had purchased that day, I would need to scan those products on my phone with the Albertson's app first, followed by then scanning the items on the register. Well, Willow set me straight! 😆 🤣 She explained to me that apparently the policy had changed! I was, of course, unaware of this. She told me that I simply needed to type my phone number into the register, and that everything would automatically reduce in price. Imagine my shock and surprise, that when I put my phone number into the system, the four items reduced in price automatically, and somehow, I even had some additional savings that she pointed out! She even told me that it's been the policy since she's been working there, and that perhaps it had changed. She was very patient and affable, and just plain nice! I can always appreciate an individual when I am given excellent customer service. I definitely received that from her yesterday! You all are very lucky to have her. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how organized and neat the store is! You don't believe me? Look at the pictures and videos I attached to this review. You will see for yourself! I didn't find any trash or loose debris or cigarette butts of any kind anywhere! The exterior of the store was just as neat and well-maintained as the interior. So, these five stars are well-deserved! To the general manager and owner of this store, bravi tutti!! Keep doing the excellent work that you all are doing. And make sure that you recognize Willow with a promotion or a raise or both!
