  It was a totally fine grocery store, but I needed to leave this review because of an interaction with one of the managers Tammy. It was late in the evening and in a seriously emergency situation, I begged an employee to let me use the restrooms and they were very kind and let me even though the bathrooms were closed for the night. When I got out of the bathroom, Tammy was standing there and started going after the other employees around the restroom telling them that the bathrooms were closed, clearly mad someone let me use them. She hadn’t acknowledged me at all but I went ahead and told her “I’m sorry, I had someone show me to the bathrooms because it was an emergency” and she replied with a dead stare and “well the bathrooms are closed” before continuing to yell at other employees. I guess Tammy would have preferred I urinate on the floor of the store than use the freaking bathroom. As I finished shopping I ran into her in the aisles, and she glanced over at me and basically harrumphed audibly as she passed. I’d be a big fan of the store if someone could just pull the stick out of her rear end. Seeing her be disrespectful to the people working under her for being decent and kind to me when I needed help left a really bad taste in my mouth.

  Ive never had good service coming to this Vons. The employees are disgruntled, bias, and impatient. One time I tried to check out with a cashier who refused to acknowledge me so I went to self checkout to get stared down by her and two other employees. When asking for a bag I was told they ran out, and right after we all made eye contact with each other while a white man walked out with both hands full of plastic grocery bags. When I asked again I was given a paper bag. (Petty? Felt like it) then the next I went, I went to a cashier. The cashier completed my customer satisfaction survey for me before I had a chance….. Makes me find it hard to believe that your store can have a 4.0 rating when I actually shop here unfortunately. I prefer to not take away humans jobs but these employees just want to gossip and judge the population they are supposed to be serving. Do better

  They don't have any bags and there's no sign on the front door warning you. The exit door opens so slowly that you almost walk into it. This store is a disaster--management needs to be replaced immediately.
