I called the store for the bakery and no one picked up the phone. Not even the STORE MANAGER WHO IS IN CHARGE DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. AND I WAS CALLING FROM IN THE STORE! I stopped by the deli to ask if the bakery was still open? The very nice young man behind the deli counter explained the situation happening in the bakery department. Apparently the store only staff's one employee for the bakery at night. And when she goes on break they leave the counter unattended! But the young man in the deli was the only employee I seen even try to help. But if he would have came and helped me that would have left his department with his co-worker be alone in the deli. And the store manager on duty and her two cashiers let me walk right out when I raised my voice and told them I came to get a birthday cake but no was there. They just looked like okay shut up B our candy rack is more important than you stupid! I'm said who cares? And they literally just ignored me. Yeah whatever loud mouth we could careless about you! So no problem Vons. Since my business is more appreciated at Smith's that is where I will stay shopping. I told my Husband I WILL NEVER GET A CAKE FROM VONS AGAIN!
