  Not quite the best Venezuelan restaurant I have ever been to, but man is the food some of the best. I found it hard to believe that a place with this kind of aesthetic would have such delicious Venezuelan food, but it is magnificent. You have to get the tequenos. They are dangerously good and the best I have ever had! The arepas themselves are kind of small and not out of this world, but I think the tequenos and carne asada make up for it. Overall, they have some pretty nice options to enjoy a whole meal or light breakfast. I wish I could live closer to eat here more often. If you live nearby, then don't take this restaurant for granted! Tequenos 10/10 - Not only the largest but best tequenos I have ever had! Wow, what a spectacular find! If you come for anything here, it needs to be the tequenos. They are not quite the traditional ones you can find in many Venezuelan restaurants and bakeries, but that uniqueness is what adds a special charm to them. It has a unique and savory texture. It is borderline crunchy and soft. It is super buttery and the cheese inside was delicious too. Not necessarily enough for a cheese pull, but good in a savory and traditional kind of way. I loved that a lot. Whether you are a tequeno connosieur or new to them, I absolutely recommend these! You probably have not tried any that are similar to this near you, so definitely give them a try! Arepa de Carne 3/5 - Delicious with that smoky carne asada, but not exactly the best out there. The carne asada was not as smoky as the one from the platter but still very similar. It is actually missing a lot of ingredients that most Venezuelan restaurants add to it. It is a small size compared to others I had too. For a quick bite, it is not bad. Reina pepiada 3/5- Very tasty but I had bigger ones. The avocado mix flavor is not the most outstanding either. Pretty standard. Carne Asada Platter 5/5 - Super smoky flavor, just how I like it. I was not expecting to find such a savory and smoky flavor here. I don't know why all carne asadas can't be like this. This can really set the standard for an amazing carne asada. Enjoying that smoky and delicious carne asada with some rice and salad is more than enough to make it a satisfying meal. Simple but powerfully tasty.

  would truly love to see a eatery like yours in the victorville high desert area we have no eateries like yours in the desert at all and my husband my family would love to see you come to the desert there are lots of great locations in the victorville, hesperia and apple valley area the high desert has really grown and we have very few steakhouse restaurants or eateries in the desert so please consider the desert in your future expansion plans in Victorville mall would be an ideal location for your amazing restaurant there is a vacant restaurant on this property because the previous business moved back to their original location.

  Food was delicious. I ordered on the app from inside the restaurant. The app said 10 min wait which I already knew wouldn’t be the case because it was crowded which is fine. It ended up taking 40 minutes to get the food. Thankfully I was standing by the counter because they were calling out my name. I never did get a notification on the app or via text that my food was ready and didn’t get $5 off my order like the sign on the door said. Would go back for the food though.

  Quiero expresar mi completa decepción con la experiencia que tuvimos hoy en este restaurante. Éramos 7 personas, y cada una consumió un plato y una bebida. En total, nuestra cuenta fue de casi $300 dólares, por lo que considero completamente razonable esperar un servicio mínimamente atento y respetuoso. Lo más indignante ocurrió al finalizar nuestra comida, cuando nos acercamos a solicitar un poco más de hielo. La respuesta de una de las personas del staff fue que teníamos que pagar por el hielo porque “ya estábamos pidiendo demasiado”. Sinceramente, me parece una respuesta completamente absurda, innecesaria y, sobre todo, una falta de respeto hacia clientes que acababan de dejar casi $300 en el establecimiento. Además de esto, el servicio fue extremadamente lento durante toda nuestra visita. Tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo para recibir nuestra comida, bebidas y atención, haciendo que la experiencia fuera todavía más frustrante. No estamos hablando de una cuenta pequeña ni de un grupo que simplemente llegó a pedir algo gratis. Éramos siete clientes consumiendo comida y bebidas, y aun así recibimos una actitud que nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos molestando por pedir algo tan básico como hielo. Por casi $300, esperaba mucho más. La comida puede ser buena, pero un restaurante no es solamente lo que sirve en el plato; también es el servicio, la atención y la manera en que trata a sus clientes. En este caso, la experiencia fue terrible y definitivamente no corresponde con lo que uno espera después de gastar esa cantidad de dinero. Espero que la administración tome esto en serio y revise tanto la actitud del personal como los tiempos de servicio, porque experiencias como esta definitivamente hacen que uno no quiera regresar ni recomendar el lugar.

  La comida estuvo bien y la atención en general también incluso la de una chica NO fue horrible. Vinimos en grupo de amigos a disfrutar de comida venezolana, pero hubo un detalle que realmente nos dejó decepcionados. Pedimos un vaso con hielo y luego solicitamos un poco más de hielo. Para nuestra sorpresa, nos cobraron $1 por el segundo vaso. Al preguntar, la respuesta fue: “Lo siento, ya lo estamos cobrando a $1”. No es por el dólar, es por el detalle. Cobrar $1 por un vaso con hielo a clientes que ya están consumiendo en el restaurante me parece bastante poco ético y poco profesional. Entiendo que un negocio tenga sus políticas, pero este tipo de cosas deberían informarse claramente y, sobre todo, deberían tener un poco más de consideración con sus clientes. Una lástima, porque veníamos con muy buena disposición a disfrutar y apoyar un restaurante Venezolano. 😐
