Our first time trying an açaí bowl from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. First, the portion was quite small. Second, it didn’t taste like authentic Brazilian açaí and had way too much ice. The interior also feels a bit dated, and I think a more modern, fresh vibe would make the experience much better.
We are regulars here and it’s going downhill. I just ordered 2 peanut butter and banana flatbreads. I had to throw them both in the bin.
Could not have made more of a mess of it if a 3 year old had made it.
Looks disgusting all of the filling all over the packaging and all over the outside of the flatbread about 3 pints of honey on it…. Inedible.
Staff if you don’t want to work there find another job and give it someone who does.
I love tropical smoothie cafe, this is the closest one in my proximity so yes I'm going to be a regular here. For the past several months I have noticed it has been slower due to lack of staff which is complete understandable, yet there are a lot of teenagers who don't want to do their job which is unacceptable. Put the phone down and do your job and worry about your phone when you go home
Last time I was in here maybe a month or so ago made me not want to go inside ever again, I met a friend there and I have been inside previously plenty of times where the music was moderate and this time the music was blasting so when I stood in line and watched other people wait for their order they could barely hear the staff calling for their name.
Then when it was my turn to order with my friend I could barely even hear myself speaking and clearly the little girl Alainna at the register couldn't hear me either because I even spelled my name after verbalizing it and she still spelled it wrong. And before I walked away from the register I kindly asked if she could turn the music down, which I know they can because I've worked in places like this where you can control the music, plus it was noticeablely loud as soon as you walk in - she gave me a very subtle yet smart side smirk and stated "i'll see what I can do" and didn't turn it down.
Once my friend and I sat down the music was so loud we had to move to another table away from the speaker and it was still loud
I hate coming inside here but I don't want to drive out of my way just for a smoothie and or a wrap or a snack because of how unprofessional, rude, insufficient, and inconsiderate the staff is here. I have returned but only in the driveway and it's hit or miss with how kind professional and quick the service is AND getting orders correct. Like how do you repeat my order to make sure it's right just to still mess it up?
Ive called and spoke to the general manager and she was nice over the phone and was saying she will look into these problems and I hope that she has. I have gone to another tropical smoothie Cafe while running errands and they were even worse at the drive-thru and very unprofessional so I don't know what it is with Vegas and teens working here but I've been to so many tropical smoothies in different cities and states and these have been the worst ones.
Taking orders making food and smoothies isn't hard people just don't want to work.

Order at your own expense. While vacationing Las Vegas, I placed an order with this location via Uber for a chicken wrap and 2 of the smoothies. The driver showed up with a dry wrap sandwich and no smoothies. She said Tropical Smoothie Cafe only gave her the chicken wrap sandwich and she was not permitted to look at the receipt. Besides there being a language barrier, she told the hotel desk clerk to tell us she was not permitted to return to the store which was .8 miles from us to b pick up our smoothies which were paid for. I contact uber and they would only refund us $14.26 for the two smoothies even though I sent a photo showing how much the smoothies cost. I attempted to call the store but the numbers on the website and my receipt said the phone was not connected, to try another number. I am leaving Las Vegas today feeling like I was cheated out of food I paid for and no resolution. I will not be using Uber service again and I want to warn those of you planning to place an order with Tropical Smoothie Cafe to be aware. I sent a copy of my receipt to Uber after I realized this locations phone did not work. No one from this location tried to call or deliver my two smoothies.

I am a regular customer at this location and usually have a great experience. Many employees recognize me and know my regular order. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing. The drive-thru employee told every customer there would be a 20–30 minute wait because of 72 online orders. I chose to wait, but she seemed visibly frustrated that customers were still ordering. After ordering my smoothie, I was told they were refusing all food orders because of the online orders. As a loyal customer standing in your drive-thru, it was frustrating to feel less important than customers who hadn’t even arrived yet. What bothered me most was the employee’s attitude—she came across as disgruntled, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. When I reached the window, the rest of the staff appeared to be working hard while she was simply walking around. I understand busy mornings happen, but customer service should remain professional. My complaint is about this employee’s attitude, not the hardworking team at this location, which has always treated me well in the past.
