Staff took too long to give us our smoothies, they gave us our smoothies all watery, we asked for them to redo them nicely. They gave us our smoothies back with zero taste. It tasted like water and the smoothie barely had color. Staff was playing around all the time, So unprofessional it seemed like they did it on purpose. Who knows how they handle the food.. Not coming back, we dont trust this place anymore.

They say I have to pay for it and to check with the staff if it’s been made so I asked them, they said no, and when I tried to reorder at the window they told me I have to go back to the screen and reorder even tho I told the girl 5x what I got… so I went back around and ordered exactly how my online order said, instead of chipotle mayo, I want the red tomato salsa. what I mean a couple of times, I just assumed she can’t hear me. I asked for it again, but emphasized it each time every time so she could hear me better and then began reading it from my phone. She tells me they don’t have that here. I said you don’t have salsa here (this is my main order here, they have that) She caught an attitude and then told me to come to the window which really pissed me off because I was already at the front when she told me to re-order at the screen and now she’s making me go back to the window. Yall cancelled my order and then made me go back around to order it and made me repeat my order 10x to ultimately waste my time. I should be the one catching the attitude with YOU, not vice versa. I had to leave before I cussed that girl out

How does it make sense to order online but upon pick up your force to go thru the drive thru .. it's 9:30pm order was placed at 9 I sure hope my food is not sitting there waiting for me cuz it looks like I'm going to be here another 30 minutes in a line.. mind-blowing if they can't handle online order and walk ups they shouldn't allow people to order online after hours or have a designated window... Definitely won't be ordering online with The nightmares I see would not recommend ordering online your food can be seating for while...

We went back in to figure out why and the girl behind the counter was rude and disrespectful, my wife was very polite about the issue. And the worker spoke to her like we were the problem. And I quote "um I guess just this once ill replace it but dont ask again".. are you serious?? Someone fire these girls, management needs to get it together. Sorry excuse for customer service won't return again. And best believe corporate is getting a few phone calls.
