They also aren’t even willing to try and figure it out. I’m not usually one to complain but if you make the mistake of leaving something on an app for me to order then I expect either a recommendation upfront or I expect you to make what I asked. That’s just not ok.

My son has a dairy allergy and we ordered a wrap with no cheese online. We tried to confirm at the window that there was no cheese on the wrap and the cashier was not polite about it. She went to verify with the kitchen then came back and said it didn’t have cheese. We got home and sure enough there was cheese in the wrap. Every time we go there it seems we are an inconvenience even when ordering a basic smoothie from the menu. I wrote to customer service and haven’t received a response after I declined a gift card since I won’t be going there again.
- KOKalle OrrJul 20, 20261.0So me and my sister went into the drive thru to order and the man who “attempted” to take our order was really extremely difficult to understand because he had a very thick accent, so my sister had ordered a couple things to which he was getting wrong so then my sister asked him to repeat himself and then he responded yelling “WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!!” So me and my sis both agreed to back the hell out of that drive thru!! For me and her were afraid of some sabotage of our food happening (foreign substances in our food) 😅😅 I understand the frustration but this was beyond unwarranted 😅😅

I could hardly hear him and I tried to order food and a smoothie using a discount, and the employee just grunted and repeatedly told me “no” without explaining why. He had an attitude when I asked simple questions. I come to this location often because I live nearby and always hope someone else is working because it’s the same employee every time. He rushes me through the drive-thru, doesn’t listen to what I’m trying to order, and makes the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service here really needs improvement.
