Finally I was directed to the window and at the window they just seemed frustrated taking my order. Nobody seems to speak english at this site. Food was good but service is lacking.

They gave me nasty looking and tasting smoothies when I tried to tell the girl in the drive through she did not care did not come to the window and ignored us. This is not the first time it happens. Terrible customer service and smoothies. We ended up leaving are smoothies at the window.
- BBBrandon BowskyJun 5, 20261.0Some of the staff are competent. Some don’t speak English. When you pay for a ton of add-ons and don’t get a full smoothie, it’s a bit of a waste of product and money. I expressed that it was a bummer, and said oh well, Manager didn’t like that I was annoyed and gave me a weird stare and asked “are you ok”. Obviously I’m fine…it’s a smoothie lol… but not getting a nice chunk of what I paid for and not being given a full smoothie because someone doesn’t speak enough English to understand “hey that’s not all of the smoothie” is kind of silly. I suspect this is why so many industries are replacing humans with robots.

Went inside to order instead, nobody has acknowledged me in 5+ minutes of me standing at the register. Normally I’d give a place the benefit of the doubt, maybe they are short staffed, busy with online orders, etc. But this constantly happens every time I visit this location, and quite frankly any location. Smoothies are not good enough to justify the terrible customer service.
