- CHCarol HayesJun 19, 20261.0Manager named Carlo well I think he was claiming to be the manager had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tropical Smoothie location. I attempted to redeem a promotion that was clearly displayed on my phone, but Carlo repeatedly refused to honor it and treated me as though I was being dishonest. Rather than trying to resolve the issue professionally, he repeatedly reached for my phone and made me feel uncomfortable during the interaction. What made the situation even worse was that he called his manager and discussed me negatively while I was standing right in front of him. This felt disrespectful and highly unprofessional. At no point did I feel like he was interested in helping or finding a solution. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I have experienced at this location, but it was by far the worst. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and focused on resolving concerns. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training on customer service and professionalism so other customers do not have a similar experience. - CJCole JacksonMay 8, 20261.0This kid with long blonde hair and a sideways hat on that looked doped out of his mind takes the order of the guy in front of me, proceeded to go to the back to make food I guess but I just see him pacing around in the back while I still have an order to give, I make eye contact with him twice when another customer walks in and doesn’t leave the back room. There is also a girl that’s in front that’s completely ignoring us acting like she was busy. So after waiting there for 15min for someone to take my order the customer that came in after me walks out. I finally ask the girl if she can take my order, she then pouts to the register and acts annoyed and when speaking has an attitude. After my smoothie was made she simply places at the front and doesn’t say a word. I’m just honestly baffled haha Will not come here again.
