I come like every Wednesday and she always has a smile and makes sure the food quality is absolutely elite. My wraps are always so full and you can tell she takes pride in her work. She’s the best!

One employee asked how she could help me and what name was on the order. She then said the other employee was making it. After another five minutes, that employee pulled a barely blended smoothie out of a refrigerator, where it had been the entire time.

I attempted to redeem a promotion that was clearly displayed on my phone, but Carlo repeatedly refused to honor it and treated me as though I was being dishonest. Rather than trying to resolve the issue professionally, he repeatedly reached for my phone and made me feel uncomfortable during the interaction. What made the situation even worse was that he called his manager and discussed me negatively while I was standing right in front of him. This felt disrespectful and highly unprofessional. At no point did I feel like he was interested in helping or finding a solution. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I have experienced at this location, but it was by far the worst. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and focused on resolving concerns. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training on customer service and professionalism so other customers do not have a similar experience. Carlo had the worst service
