    In and out quickly - 2 minutes total time to order and receive. Despite not having my previous favorite smoothie (Chocolate Covered Strawberries), I found another with which I was equally pleased.

    I’ve been to this location a bunch of times and never made a review until tonight. I came at around 10:30pm and there was about 4 cars in line before me. The wait time was a little longer than usual which is fine.(Since back in November I waited ONE HOUR for a child size smoothie, so glad that woman doesn’t work there anymore.) Anyways, I waited about 12 minutes maximum for two smoothies and two wraps. When I pulled to the front KAITLYNN was super apologetic about the wait and super nice and informed me she was by herself that’s why it was taking a little longer than normal. She made the BEST mango monsoon smoothie I’ve ever had from that location ever. She honestly really killed that line alone and I’m so proud of her. I’ve worked at a coffee shop in drive thru before so I know what she had to go through. Shout out to Kaitlynn for holding down the fort, making bomb smoothies and wraps & all with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. So hard to come by great customer service these days especially from the young ones, and she definitely has a great future ahead of her. I love Kaitlynn! *Full disclaimer: She did not tell me to write a review, and I did not know her prior to this night.

    I had an amazing experience, it was my first time trying it the manager there was so patient and so kind she helped explain all types of smoothies and what she thought I would like. It was so clean in there and very welcoming I will be back and bringing more customers for y'all.

    It seems they are finally staffed well enough and are trained better. The two visits to this place recently have definitely been an improvement from before!

    Lya (sounds Leaha) the drive through attendant. I ordered my smoothie with nibs — they were not in my smoothie. She said she could not do it. however there were other smoothies that have them I could have ordered or taken my business elsewhere. I was not afforded the option to do so. She was rude, I told her I did not want this drink. She closed the window and walked away. I was never told that I could not get what I ordered — she blamed it on another worker and did nothing to correct it - instead she was rude and shut the window and walked away. I do not know who else was working in there and did not want a confrontation. But I threw the food and smoothie away it was not what I wanted I called the shop no manager of course it was another girls voice— she said she would tell Jen the manager but I got no call and I bet Jen was not informed she is a good manager the entire morning crew is good — I might never go back to this shop in the evening if rude people like this are the norm because , there are lots of coffee and sandwich places I will post on Yelp and Google and also BBB as I am not rich and this was to be a treat I would recommend trying any other smoothie option — I guess during day too, money is hard to come by. I am unemployed wasted my points and money on this order and no one has gotten back to me If they Lya (sounds Leaha) the drive through attendant.
