  So I came into this location with the what if I’m a victim after Reading the Bad Reviews Im a man of chances so I gave them one and I can in expressed to the Employees about the Bad reviews and I was told that when a bunch on Online orders get placed at the same time it takes a bit ti make them all and yes we are all human some of us on the motivated side and some of us on the Lazy side its any given day to have A good experience like I did 5 Stars to Tropical Smoothie and shout out to the Hard workers on this Day High Fives to Hamlet,Richard, Isaiah Keep up the Good Work Fellas

  I came in and asked if they had wifi. She didn't know. I asked if she could ask someone she said yes but just took the next order. She took my order but still didn't ask about wifi. I asked her to ask then came back and said they dont have it. How can you not have wifi in your establishment? I wouldn't have ordered if no wifi. Zero degrees 50 feet away has wifi.

  Dayli is the highlight of my morning every single day! I’m pregnant so I crave the Mango Monsoon smoothie everyday, and Dayli never ceases to amaze me with her prompt, friendly service!! She always has a smile on her face no matter how busy the morning rush is! Thank you for your hardworking service love! 💕

  MARIA was extremely rude to my boyfriend. He came up here to order me a smoothie and the complete color of the smoothie was off and he asked her is this correct? It doesn’t look right and she told him everything was good and sent him on his merry way. He’s not a very confrontational person so I had to go back up there and get the smoothie remade because she refused to do it for him Sebastian at the front is the only person out of the 7 employees in there who was willing to help me he remade the smoothie no problem. His whole entire team left him stranded with my complaint. Nobody could help get the corporate phone number. Nobody had a customer support email. Nobody could do a manager contact. There was no way to escalate any type of complaint with the company and they all just dismissed it and wanted to defend the girl hiding in the back

  This place is the absolute worst. The employees that worked here when the old African American manager was here, they were amazing. Now, they always seem like they are in a rush, don't care about the service and the smoothies are so watered down. I would not recommend this tropical smoothie location to anyone and here's why. I requested a beach bum with extra white chocolate and blueberries. I got a beach bum with dark chocolate - not even what I asked for. And my son is allergic to peanut butter and they gave him a peanut butter chocolate drink? I told them several times he's allergic to peanut butter. Do they not listen when people are ordering? Good thing I checked it first or else I would have had to take time off to go to the e.r very disappointed. :( won't be coming here again.
