- RLRegina LovelyAug 20, 20261.0I came into this establishment on Tuesday and placed a mobile order. When I arrived, I stood in front of the cashier waiting to be acknowledged, but none of the employees or owners greeted me or offered any assistance. I eventually received my drink, and unfortunately, it wasn’t even prepared correctly. What really stood out to me was that when a white customer came in, they were immediately acknowledged and helped. I felt completely ignored and uncomfortable, and the difference in treatment was very disappointing. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I had already paid for my order through the website. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
