  Well run, staff is attentive, equipment all in good shape. Pricing seems to be dynamic based on dynamic - from about $70 per hour to $100 an hour for a bay. It was nice to have air conditioned cold air blown into the bay. They have heaters overhead for winter months. A decent menu of sports grille food.

  My family and I had a horrible experience, first host told us not to worry that we didn’t have to pay for membership since one of us had a one then they charged us for two memberships and told us our first host lied and instead of apologizing for the mix up they gave us attitude. Our last host Larissa was sweet and brought us waters.

  It’s real funny, online shows the rate is 20.00 an hour from 9:00-11:00am. We show up at 9:30am and I get to the front counter and ask to pay the one hour rate. They tell me that you pay after you’re done. We’re directed to got to a bay as discussed . We finished the one hour and we saw a charge of 39.99 on their tablet. So I asked what is these other charges for and they showed two charges of 12.99 each for Membership servicesz we were not told of any extra charges and the girl told us they should have told us downstairs. I told her no one said anything. This is like switch and not right for someone to screw when it shows online it is $20 an hour to play. I will never go there again. It’s a really sad. It’s not a money issue, but it’s the principal here. They will never see me again in their place.

  Water tasted like chlorine basically pool water.....server didn't seem like they wanted to serve having to constantly yell for assistance while they walked by not even looking at the guests...maybe turn the music down so communication wouldn't be so hard!!!

  Topgolf itself was brilliant and we really loved it. However, we booked the package because it stated that we would receive $90 to spend on food and drinks. When the bill arrived, we were then told that this was actually a minimum spend requirement, not credit included in the package. This was completely misleading and really dampened the mood at the end of the experience. It also made things quite awkward for me and my family while we were trying to get it resolved.
