  Saan ka makakakita ng pinakbet green beans ang gamit instead na sitaw at kulang kulang ang sangkat. Yung okra sliced na parang yung nabibili sa grocery store. Walang ampalaya. And here is the worst part, nagbayad ako na hindi nagcheck kung tama ang bill ko (my bad), wala naman kasing binigay na check/bill, sa register ako nagbayad. Nagbayad ako at ng nasa labas na ako saka ko tiningnan and seribo, may item na idinagdag na hindi naman namin inorder. Kaya advice ko sa mga customers na ickeck ang inyong binabayaran bago magbayad. I went back inside to inform the staff about the extra charge. The staff did not even show remorse instead sinabi sa akin na kunin ko na lang daw yung extra item na na i charge sa akin. I won’t come back to this restaurant.

  I am giving this establishment a 1-star rating due to concerns regarding pricing and billing transparency. I paid $26 for two halo-halo desserts, which I found to be excessively priced compared to similar offerings elsewhere. With more reasonable pricing, this business would be in a much better position to compete with other establishments in the area. Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy in the final total. The subtotal was $22.27, with $1.67 in taxes and a $0.67 credit card fee. When selecting a 10% tip—despite not dining in or receiving table service—the tip calculated on my end should have been approximately $2.27. However, the receipt reflected a tip of $4.01. I am unclear how this additional amount was determined. I recommend that customers carefully review their receipts before completing payment. Greater transparency in pricing and charges would significantly improve the overall customer experience.
